Huge emphasis on being spoiled for choice. Like, where was this(tuning) a year or two ago? Those fresh into the hobby and dig a planar, you're so fortunate with something like T10 Pro(and S08) over here.
I think it's normal that older sets like MP145 are outmatched at MSRP. That should be the norm with innovation and competition If you're an MP145 owner, rejoice b/c you had the privilege of listening to a nicely tuned set an entire year earlier
Would you say the MP145 is worth it if I can get it for the same price? You really got my attention talking up the 145's soundstage, it sounds like they would be great for playing openworld games...
@@lostsanityreturned hahaha. That would be kinda cool. I know Dunu and Letshuoer both make USB C connectors for their modular systems. But the DACs inside those are a little noisy. I did try to see if the Dunu or Letshuoer USB C plugs fit the Artti cable, but no dice.

They’re very very similar. It comes down to if you would prefer the USB C connection or a standard 3.5mm connection. You can change and adjust the tuning on the May using an Android app. And you can change or adjust the tuning on the EW300 using the 2 nozzles it comes with. They’re using very similar overall drivers, as the PZT in the simgot doesn’t add too much in my opinion. I’d say go for the Simgot unless you your preferred gaming device has a USB C port with easy access.
Great review. 👍👍 I saw the S08 on sale with coupons for around $60-65 usd during last month's sales Aliex's Letshouer Official Store and didn't get it. 🤷 I have a hunch that the OG S12 EQed would be better. Are the S08 and T10 Pro well vented? I have condensation problems with the Conch and a one other metal shell set.
Both employ a single small vent above the driver, and another vent on the seam of the shell. I personally haven’t had condensation issues yet, but I don’t live in a super humid area
Yes. Brighter than the S08, but more controlled than the OG T10, without the steep Pina Gain. That does cause it to lose a little sizzle on some female vocals, but the overall tonality and timbre of the T10 Pro is superior.
You can EQ your OG T10 to match the T10 Pro if you want to try before you buy. If you’re a planar collector, I think it’s different enough from the OG T10 and the S08 to really consider grabbing one, especially on sale.
