we can’t have too much yeast and this was so perfect and I couldn’t tell it didn’t have yeast. For those who want a crispier pizza, brush some olive oil on the crust and the pan before putting in the oven❤Definitely going to make it more often. Thanks
The reason why you can’t eat too much yeast is because you shouldn’t be using as much as the other guys use, some go up to 20 grams a kilo, which is a homebrew effectively (haram alert 😂) , please look up “Johnny di Francesco neopolitan pizza” you will see a recipe with 10 million views, and only a gram of yeast per kilo of flour.

@@Paramore_your_Decode when you use over 10 grams of dry yeast per kilo of flour and use sugar, you make a homebrew, basically making alcohol, which is extremely haram
Measurements:
2 cup flour
2 1/4 teaspoon baking power
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Nice. Ive seen a similar one , but, we cooked the dough for 15 minutes before we topped it. Then, we cooked the topoed pizza for another 15 minutes. And, Waux! Perfectly done!

I just made this pizza super good very good. You have to get creative I made my dough added some basil oregano and sugar in the dough additional. Then pre-bake my dough with a drizzle as olive oil and seasoning. Then added the sauce pepperoni then the cheese. Oh my goodness this is awesome my son loves it I love it very tasteful. Tried this it's good but the recipe requires cooking it at a super low temp for pizza I recommend 4 - 8 minutes on 500 instead of 400 and put oil on the bread before you do so it crispens up and stretch it out farther than it says in the recipe so it doesn't overpower the toppings

Great pizza, do recommend adding a teaspoon or two of garlic salt to the dough for more flavor, especially if you’re short on salt as I was. If no garlic salt then garlic powder would work too I assume.
