How to make Easy Pazham Pori
( Banana Fritters / Banana Fry )
Ripe plantain( Ethapazham ) - 1 Kg ( 4 - 5 nos )
Maida ( All Purpose Flour )- 11/2 Cup
SOda bicarbonate- 1/4 tsp
Sugar- 4 tbs
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Rice flour- 1/4 Cup
Idli batter- 1/2 Cup
Water- 11/2 Cup
