My headcanon is that the EDR acts like a "call" for the portal rather than being an actual teleporter in and of itself as thatd be super advanced even for the silencerz and would take a lot of energy to just put in your car. So if there's a portal exit at all, the EDR can send you through it (which doesnt win you the accelecharger probably due to some acceleron safeguards). (So for example in my opinion, Marky couldn't have gotten out of the Junk Realm after it closed even if he wasn't captured by the Drones, or if he did, when he pressed the EDR the wheel would have to go through the whole opening sequence again) We can also infer that there's some non-time-dependent exit for HWC because at the end of WR the drivers are just standing around the city chilling and wouldve had to get out somehow. So maybe that was the portal Tezla EDR'ed through, and it couldve been powered either by the wheel witch was still nearby or by the remaining power in HWC from when the wheel was still attatched.
Ey now that you mentioned it….. Vert went after Kadeem in the storm realm under the assumption that he HAD time to go back and look for him…UNTIL Lani at the (last damn minute) Said he couldn’t. So Vert thought that he could do what he did in the first leg trying to save Lani but can’t… which means Highway 35 has unlimited time because she wouldn’t have said anything and vert probably would’ve back track even further in the realm to find Kadeem and wouldn’t have found a car nor driver. Keep in mind we all thought he had time to go back inside the realm to even look for this man . Until Lani said bro had only an hour☹️. Now think about this.. imagine if Lani would’ve said something before anybody entered the realm.. I feel like it wouldn’t have changed anything… Kadeem would’ve been lost n captured Vert would’ve ask “ How much time do I even have to look Lani?! “IVE GOTTA TRY”. Lani* YOU ONLY HAVE A MINUTE LEFT VERT* FUCK I’m coming out😡
My theory is the swamp realm closed the first time with Banjee racing because as we saw "the second time" it was reopened the Racing Drones struggled to complete that realm while Nolo a Human driver was able to finish the Swamp realm when no one else could. My guess is when the Swamp Realm opened a second time maybe the silencers joined in and rescued Banjee as Nolo was completing the realm. It can also make sense if the silencers joined when Banjee was racing in the swamp realm and saved him in time and used the car EDR. Before the realm was closed. Either way they didn't fully explain how he was saved from a realm that was opened more than once. I didn't like how they showed his car washed up in the swamp realm it looked like he was dead or forgotten in that realm it was very confusing after confirming he's alive and with the silencers Those are my two theories. Hope this helps or gives fun ideas for more Acceleracers theories.
It just occurred to me that since the Silencerz have the wheel of power at the end of Acceleracers, they could easily go back to the drone HQ since the wheel takes you back to hot wheels city when you drive with it. Not exactly something youd wanna do but id imagine with a little bending of the story rules you could have Vert trying to escape the Silencerz HQ and he takes the wheel with him, and it leads to a chase scene through the old abandoned legs of highway 35
@@chinnymisc going through the wheel takes you to the realms if they're open, but driving with it in your car takes you to hotwheels city since that's how vert returned it in WR. Though I wonder if it'd be different with the 4th ring the Acceleron gave vert at the end of AR 🤔
Yeah I agree. WR leg not have time limit. Because Chuvo and Rekkas still can survive after falling from the statue. We know that statue is really high, so it will take a lot of time to get back to the track. Same thing happened by Kurt after he defeated by Kadeem at pyramid section. And talking about the portal that open the next leg, I think there's some "fixed schedule" or something. Because Banjee, Esmeralda, and Skeet can re-join first leg even they opening the new portal. Very different with racing realms that always open at random times.

How did monkey get in hitting 200mhp not 300mph? I always thought he would die or something like that passing through hitting a lower speed than 300mph.
