I hope you use that 5-axis CNC for other things than doors, because that sure would be a waste of money. A 90'angled tool in a 3-axis CNC would be able to make a door like that.
3 axis cnc's can't take "angled tool" it's called an aggregate and they can only be used in 4 axis machines, they are expensive and unreliable and you would need one of those for each tool.
@@baden271 I own a biesse 35 with c axis and i'm aware of limitations. 90° angled Aggregate arent meant for any meaningfull milling, they can take some shallow cuts....they arent a spindle :)
I'm a CNC programmer at a custom door/frame shop (high end solid wood). Ours just has a moving gantry instead of the moving table. The amount of product you can pump out with a CNC is a no brainer for wood shops. This isn't a tool for someone's garage...When you can joint, plane, glue, cut and then assemble a 30k door and frame system in a few days, it's dumb not to have one. Google "Rocky Mountain hardware". Just a mortise lock is around 3k. For a lock....But I guess if you got the coin. But for cabinets, this would be overkill. You really just need 3 axis for that. Trades all are moving towards more automation. I'd rather make everything by hand, but it just doesn't work like that anymore.
I can operate CNC machines for doir lock and hinges, but this machine is very nice and awesome

We use it for many different applications, this was just a demo of what this machine can do.

Aggregates work fine. I've made thousands of doors that way. Also you can get aggregates that support four tools

Good jobs
😊👍
1개 가공완성하는데 너무 느리다.밥은 먹고 사니?
Nobody would buy this machine to make doors.
Looks like it can make kitchen cabinets too
