    Wagholi has witnessed massive appreciation in both rental and resale after Covid. This is because there is a huge price gap between Kharadi and Wagholi. Builders in Kharadi are scared now after looking at the demand in Wagholi. They are creating lot of hype for the problem in Wagholi. If you invest in Kharadi you don't get that appreciation which you will get in Wagholi. Kharadi is saturated in terms of price because it's near by areas are developing. You only spend 15 mins to reach Eon it park from Wagholi. But you save lakhs of rupees when it comes to puchase and thousands when it come to rental

    Wakad me jo ion IT park aur WTC hai uska kam kyon band pada hai? Kya sahi me ye kam ho jayega. Aaju baju ke Builders log ye do projects ki USP bata jyada rate se flat bech rahe hai. Maine Roshan milestone me 2 bhk Oct 22 me book kiya hai. Tab se WTC ka kam jaisa vaisa pada hai, no progress at all. Pl. do video on this topic of WAKAD TATHWADE WTC n ION IT PARK.

      There is one building which is now under construction but its completion maybe within 1 or 2 years.
      Road goes nearby or close to and behind sanket in hotel.

      Traffic jams, narrow roads, slums, railway line close by so noise pollution etc. These are the characteristics of this location. From a high level, It looks like a very good location as it's located in between Magarpatta, Kharadi, KP and Kalyani Nagar. But when you actually visit the location multiple times at different times, you will see that it is a little unsafe and badly maintained. And the builders are demanding top money for flats. So, really there is no incentive in buying here, I would rather spend 10% more and buy in the above mentioned better locations.

      kisne kaha फुगा फूट गया हिंजवडी का? rate to high hi hai abhi bhi, even though it's in Gram Panchayat. At least Punawale is in PCMC.

      Agar dumping yard nahi banta hai Punawale me to area achese develop hoga kyu ki PCMC me hai. Abhi bhi road condition bohot better hai as compared to areas in PMC such as Wagholi, Keshav Nagar, and so on. Hinjawadi gram panchayat me hone ke bawjud achese developed as compared to eastern Pune. There was no ballon and nothing is bursted in Hinjawadi. It still has a lot potential.
