Aab Agreement date ko be jake 13 months ho gaye hai. Ghuma rahe hain gol gol gol. Sabr ka band tut gaya hai aab. Aab toh sab ko milkar action lena he padega, itna gatiya builder hoga yeh soocha be nahe tha😢

Self owned property owners can fill pt3 form and 23merged villages area covered in this 40% tax waiver. I guess baaki tou saudaghar team jyada better tarike se bata sakti hai...

Getting OC timely is builder’s responsibility. If there's a failure to obtain the OC as scheduled, buyers have the right to request compensation for these delays.

My flat possession is delayed by 8 months and agreement had a clause of 6 months grace period and one COVID extension after I signed the agreement. So builder is saying they can delay by 1 year from agreement date. As per your video, am I eligible for 8-9 months compensation or 2-3 months delay (considering the COVID extension only)?
nothing gets cleared in short stint, it takes times. make your decision wisely. There are multiple projects where you will see litigation and they struggle with it later@@shyamusharma3485

VTP claim themselves so big developers but now they extended Bellissimo possession date by 9 months and extended date is available on RERA too now 😢
The possession date mentioned in the agreement is final. Any extensions granted by RERA do not alter this date.
Vtp is the best to sale maximum inventory.. but 100% failure to delivered projects.. you can check its history.. totally fraud.
