    ABOUT JASON:
Jason Crandell is a natural teacher and author with more than 20 years of experience. Named “one of the teachers shaping the future of yoga,” by Yoga Journal, Jason has been an in-demand teacher at conferences around the world for more than two decades.
For the past 10 years, Jason has honed his approach by looking to peers outside of the yoga community, in the fields of physical therapy, orthopedics, and sports medicine. These collaborative partnerships have enabled Jason to offer the most up-to-date to asana technique, cueing, injury management, and hands-on adjustments. Jason’s goal is to blend the timeless wisdom of yoga philosophy with evidence-based information to create yoga curriculum that helps modern practitioners grow and evolve.

I have to agree; having had injuries has given me more empathy. Also, I've learned how to modify my yoga practice without stopping completely. Sounds crazy, but injuries (not from yoga, just life in general) have made me a better instructor.

    Thank you 🙏🏻
Remember studying with Yogaglo as a new teacher 2007, most teachers I watched had 15 + years experience.
I’m now at 17 years teaching, still studying with you all. Thank you Jason for your deep love of the practice

This may be one of the single most important yoga videos on TH-cam. Truly incredible and it’s like you are in my head.
You are inspiring me to teach again.

BRAVO! Thank you for all of this wisdom as not only an introduction to the course but as a fully applicable and concise set of teachings on its own.
(P.S. the above link to 'A Better Way to Flow...' just goes to a THANK YOU screen but the link to 'Deepen..'.gets to the link to the course.)
