still cant believe all the info you give out for free. its so comprehensive and usable in my own classes. I appreciate your instruction and detailed explanations so much. thank you!!!
So so helpful 🙏🏻❤️ love the transition from one side to other in 99 pose … I’ve practiced yoga 17 years and can’t believe I have not seen sone of these variations x just qualified recently so this will help my teaching so much and has inspired a new sequence 🎉🙏🏻❤️ thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you so much! Just a week ago I've instinctively adjusted one of my students for 90/90 instead of pigeon when he said it was impossible for him to straighten his back leg. Having this information is life changing ❤
Thank you so for this video. I started to have pain in my knee so it was difficult to do the pigeon pose but with your help I can do something sensible 😃. This is so helpful
Thank you Jason! Great info, and reflective of my personal journey of 'aging with pigeon'. I would love to hear your input regarding propping of the hip/lateral shin (front active leg) in terms of maintaining femoral-tibial congruency. In the past I used a blanket for this purpose, however have discovered that riding a bolster, (think: Hanumanasana over a bolster) offers a comfortable off-loading for my aging, knee weathered students.
I’m taking his sequencing course and I must tell you 10/10! He’s an amazing teacher with clear instructions. He gives loads of useful information and takes everything step by step! I can’t wait to take more trainings with Jason. Definitely recommend‼️

Your use of the skeleton really helps me understand your point about the same plane. Very helpful. Thank you, Jason!

This is wonderful. I'll be taking a look at your course 🙏
I took a couple of his trainings when he was with Glo, he's such a great teacher. I was very happy with both trainings, highly recommend them.
