I worry about my cholesterol which is inclined to be higher than it should ,even though I do watch what I eat .maybe you could do a video on good and bad cholesterol .
Don't worry about your cholesterol Check out Dr ken Berry here on Utube He has made loads of videos on this subject Cholesterol and all health issues He is absolutely brilliant
Agree absolutely. So glad you gave chocolate a mention. I have ta bar of 85% spread over 4 days and it has definitely changed my taste. I really don’t enjoy sweet food anymore and avoid anything with cream ! 😊
Yes, totally agree with this. I try to concentrate on nourishing myself and keeping food natural and dare I say it? Simple. Kefir smoothies (berries, little bit of a banana) have been wonderful for me. Trying to keep refined carbs low. Better skin, hair and natural weight loss all followed. Exercise that I enjoy, done regularly. Swimming, walking …. Consistency is key though; especially after menopause when everything needs prodding in the right direction 😂💕
Absolutely agree. I have full fat greek yogurt with my porridge and fruit and would choose avocado on toast any day over biscuits. Sadly I prefer sweets to dark chocolate, so need to work on that!!!
You give such great advice Liz and totally agree with what you say. Always love a few squares of dark chocolate it really does help with those cravings And a,ways go for the full fat Greek yoghurt and have just started taking Kefir which I love Loving all your posts on instagram away 🎿 with your lovely family ❤
Yes I totally agree with what you've said..I have the Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate and it's really nice once you get used it..I don't calorie count,I use common sense and have a varied diet and try to exercise 2 or 3 times a week..seems to work for me❤
Find it hard to ignore calories as I've tracked foods for so long in this way. However I'm now adjusting to tracking macros instead. Totally agree with you about chocolate and eating full fat 😀
Liz, I would love to know your thoughts on dark chocolate containing lead and cadmium and how to know what/how much is safe. (BTW, I follow all three of these, too!)
I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy and need to sustain my weight which is difficult with stomach cancer. Have you a video on suitable foods at this time please? Any help on cosmetics would be welcome too. Thank you.
Agree … but question the chocolate I used to love the 85% 90% but then I read some research that said there was high amounts of lead in most of the popular dark chocolates…
I don't eat low fat foods the only low fat I have is semi skimmed milk because full cream milk as lovely as it is can make me feel a little sickly from time ti time so I stay with semi skimmed...I love greenbacks 85% chocolate its so nice n creamy just 2 squares is enough for me but I don't eat it every day only when I fancy some...I have greek yoghurt I use it in my cooking lots also I mixed nuts/seeds also grate a little dark choc in for a desert...I love to cook my own meals from scratch too so I know what going into my body...don't get me wrong I have off days like today I grabbed some beans on toast for lunch I bloody loved it desert was banana and a tea spoon on peanut butter...take care lovely lady ..
I wish I could afford more avocados they’re so expensive I’ve tried buying frozen ones as they were cheaper but horrible. 🫣love dark chocolate need to get some in the cupboard😍
Sound and as always good advice 🤗
Totally agree with these points ! I am following your lead Liz
Glad you enjoyed!

Can’t argue with any of these. Sensible advice Liz. Biscuits can be my downfall so try not to keep any in the house. Dark chocolate essential xx
Agreed!
I agree with your talk I used to have a low fat diet. I have full fat in most things and feel better for it. ♥️♥️♥️

Liz, what is your favourite brand of dark chocolate?
Liz loves the Green & Blacks 70% bar and Montezuma’s Absolute Black, which contains 100% pure cocoa.

Stick a square of dark 70% chocolate in a cup of hot milk, - awesome.
Ooh yum!
@@lizearlewellbeing 🙂
I skip away from low fat low sugar or zero…
Yep!

Oh no!
Is there a cheaper food like avocados that’s not as expensive I wonder?
Aldi does 4 small ones for £1.35. I get them frequently.
