It’s not ideal, but using hue bulbs in my living room and turning em green during vr play really helps the tracking, especially with games like beat saber
Man of culture. No one I know has Hue bulbs in thier home. They freak out when the Hue Sync is active throughout the whole first half of the house

yes if you got a PS4PRO im sitll playing it today, until PS5PRO comes out than i will grab a PS VR2. try to get the 2nd version of PSVR1 so you can have HDR pass threw PS4 has the biggest AAA VR game libary
The only thing I don’t like while using this is that when I put it on, the screen eyes are usually blurry
Did u calibrate the eye distance
@@bobbysmalarz6638 We have always been calibrating it every time we use the VR headset
If its all set up well it should be fine, the other thing to note is if your body is hot and the headset is cold it will blur up😊
Do you have farther spread eyes? My aunt does and she finds it blurry
@@Nynalevin you can adjust the ipd settings, not sure if that will help this problem

I got a ps4 might look at buying a Psvr if I can find one for cheap
PSVR is great for non VR games, its like a giant theater screen for one. No need for a TV. Great for FPS, racing games like Gran Turismo, fighting games. I play Tekken 8, love it. The screen resolution reminds me of giant arcade screens, I personally enjoy it but I can understand the disappointment of anyone expecting a proper VR experience. I cannot wait to get PSVR2 just for Gran Turismo 7. Plus the resolution will be much better, the VR capabilities are nice but I'm looking forward to playing non VR games just as much as PSVR2 GT7. VR is still young technologically, with PSVR2- its improved but nothing too spectacular. I do know that it competes with the best of VR sets out rn. Eventually the technology will get there.
you don't need a ps4 to use it, you can use it on pc.
it`s still great for the price, with a lot of good games. psvr2 obviously is better, but that price lol
You failed to mention that with psvr2 you need a PS5, over a thousand dollar investment also All the fun games and astro bot in v.r. which you won't get on psvr2 and Sony's not supporting psvr2 so that alone shoot's confidence in that out the window. I'll keep my PS4 slim and the original psvr...

I appreciate the idea of the video but you spend WAY too much time repeating yourself. If you chugged a drink for every time you mention how you need a PS4 to use it you would be blackout drunk by the end of the video. Sorry for the harsh(er) comment but your voice and cadence are well, just insanely little substance about how the game titles and/or picture quality hold up and redundancy in regards to build quality/fit/"need a PS4".
90% of people or more that seek out this video in 2024 are going to be well aware that you need a PS4 to use it. And probably aren't overly worried about the build quality. They simply want to know how the gameplay quality holds up years later.

(i got a ps4 slim, NOT a pro) Got one of these and it´s just disturbingly dissapointing how bad it performs. I tested it with Hitman, then failed try to connect it with my PC, and it´s 100% just totally useless at all.

I have a slim too and saw one on sale for 30$ is it not worth it??
@@gazzygarcia1636 for 30 bucks such a headset? You will need a ps-vr-kammera and the "acceleration-unit".
Many people offer only the Headset, without anything else, wich would unfortunately not work without the rest.
I had the problem with Hitman that i could not make 47 lower his right arm. Other than that i would say imho that Mumbay is not playable (VR, Slim), because it looks extremly blurry. Whittleton creek looked very nice as far as i can say. (i did not really tested it, just looking arround a bit and walking 2 steps)
The whole impression i got is that i do need better Hardware like this (VR stuff), wich i can not afford at all right now. I underestimated this quite a bit :)
I think that ps-vr with a regular model (like the slim) is not bad, if you don´t have to high expectations.
I ofcourse would never watch any porn, but seriously: You have to do so in front of the ps-vr-cam, if you ever intent to do so, and i may be unromantic about this, but jerking off in front of any cammera without a onlyfans account... yeah, why not?

You will nees a acceleration-unit and also a ps-vr-cam.
Some offer only the headset, but without the rest its not usable in any way, afaik.
30.- bucks sounds like it is only the Headset, but what do i know, for this money i would buy it if everything is included.
But if you can get your hands on a working cam for this purpose, dunno if it has to be a sony one, than you would have what you need, since there are not any exotiv plugs incolves, other than on the cam.
If you want to watch any^^ vr-movie you will have to do so in front of this camera, since it tracks your head movement this way.
