- The 3D printed titanium gearbox for the New Zealand designed and built, Rodin FZERO. With internal components completely custom designed by Ricardo in the UK and built to a Le Mans / Formula 1 standard. Exactly and exclusively designed for this supercar.
This is the story of how this industry changing gearbox came to be developed. From the ideas of one man, our founder David Dicker, to rumours of a large-scale printer being developed on the other side of the world by 3D Systems, to finding the best engineering firm in the world to design and build the internals... the Rodin Gearbox has a global story.

Damn, you fit EIGHT SPEEDS in that tiny gearbox? HOW!? And out of curiosity, how many overdrive gears do you have, and what is the reduction ratio between each gear? (IE, 2nd is 30% shorter than 1st, 3rd is 25% shorter than 2nd, etc.)
