How to do Garudasana perfectly in 5 Minutes | Easy and Effective method | Eagle Pose

  • Garudasan which is also called Eagle posture is a great asan for your shoulders, arms, and wrist. When it comes to the lower body, this helps to stretch your angle and helps to strengthen your thighs, It's a great posture to tone your thighs.
    If you are working on losing weight on your lower body then surely you should add this asan into your workout routine or your yoga sequence. try to stay on this pose for about 5-8 breaths in and breath outs to see the effects on your thighs.
    Benefits of this posture:
    Strengthens and stretches the ankles and calves.
    Stretches the thighs, hips, shoulders, and upper back.
    Improves concentration.
    Improves balance
    Limitations of this Asan
    Avoid practicing Garudasana in case you have had a recent knee, ankle, or shoulder injury.
    If you are overweighted person or Obesity,
    If you have frequent headaches,
    If you have blood pressure, whether high or low.
    If you are suffering from asthma.

    Good morning mam.i have done it upper body done but in lower body ankle twist is tough.but I will practice it again.....mam introduce ur cat as well.😊 Generally we have seen cats show less loyalty then dogs but he cat is quite loyal towards u.

    Thanks for giving the clue that bending legs is prerequisite for getting the legs in correct position. In the same way, can you give some clue for hands too? After crossing howsoever I try my hands are not able to reach each other to hold together the palms. It seems people with shorter/fatter upper hands will not be able to achieve this
