    I really wish all the people who come here with crippling anxiety and/or panic attacks wellness and peace and hope. Please remember you’re not alone and something will come along that will make it better, it just sometimes takes a bit of time- hang in there.

      I have a question. Do you have fast heart rate days after a panic attack?

      Thank you. I've been stuck in flight or fight mode the past few days and not doing well.

      @@thegrassisgreener576 I do and am currently going through it. It's like my body is stuck in fight or flight mode. I haven't been this bad in years and it really sucks.

    I am on leave right now and I am stuck in the house due to my anxiety. This is very helpful. I can imagine doing this video everyday or as needed to calm my self until I am ready to venture out in the world again. It works on my first try and will do it again before I sleep tonight and when I get up tomorrow.

      I can only breath in to a count of 4 and out to a count of 5. Is that normal. I couldn't do 7 and 11. And so the breathing just makes the anxiety worse 😔

    nice relaxing and using this,,, been through chronic anxiety in the past.... just keep trying different things see someone if you need to good luck everyone

    This gave me anxiety. Thanks a lot. Christ get to it already. Dint tell me about mire anxiety....tht just makes me think about being g anxious. Totally counterproductive

    I had to stop after about 7.5 minutes. Maybe it gets better if you stick it out, but I thought I was going to escalate into a full blown panic attack. This made me feel so much worse.

      Mentioning the word anxiety all the time can trigger just what you don't want, anxiety.

      Hi I have panic disorder and my therapist has told me to avoid meditations that focus on your breathing or heartbeat, or skip that part.

    I know intention were good, but for some reason I felt more anxious in first 2 mins itself so stopped..

    This was absolutely terrible. 15 minutes of a woman reminding you that you have anxiety and that she knows people with anxiety and by the way you have anxiety too so take a few deep breaths and acknowledge that you have anxiety. What a nightmare.

    it wasn't so helpful for me either, emphasizing on anxiety too much made me afraid more. I liked the other videos of this channel more
