I am on leave right now and I am stuck in the house due to my anxiety. This is very helpful. I can imagine doing this video everyday or as needed to calm my self until I am ready to venture out in the world again. It works on my first try and will do it again before I sleep tonight and when I get up tomorrow.
I can only breath in to a count of 4 and out to a count of 5. Is that normal. I couldn't do 7 and 11. And so the breathing just makes the anxiety worse 😔

I had to stop after about 7.5 minutes. Maybe it gets better if you stick it out, but I thought I was going to escalate into a full blown panic attack. This made me feel so much worse.

This was absolutely terrible. 15 minutes of a woman reminding you that you have anxiety and that she knows people with anxiety and by the way you have anxiety too so take a few deep breaths and acknowledge that you have anxiety. What a nightmare.

Mentioning the word anxiety all the time can trigger just what you don't want, anxiety.
Hi I have panic disorder and my therapist has told me to avoid meditations that focus on your breathing or heartbeat, or skip that part.
