How can a coach help with work-life balance?
Can't understand a word..
I have tried this for depression which hasn't worked which is fustrating
Sorry to hear that, different approaches work for different people - have you spoken to your doctor to see what other approaches could be helpful?
❤❤❤❤❤
Quite informative! Thanks for sharing your wisdom ❤
I tried this today and I, have always been a fan of guided meditation I find it very hard to find someone as relaxing as you. This has been a lovely experience for me. Thank you Lin for your soothing voice. Sincerely Dawn
Pseudo dysphasia?
How can I have personal reassurance
Really mesmerizing 🎉
It was great thanks. Do I need to do it every day for chronic pain?
So glad to hear you found it helpful! Self-hypnosis can be used as often as you feel is needed, you could certainly try listening daily to see what impact it has and go from there. You may find after a couple of weeks you need to listen less often and still feel the benefits.
Thank you so much for explaining this! I've had a really hard time finding a counselor that feels like a fit. From what you're sharing, the counsellor I was recently seeing was NOT a person-centered therapist, because it seemed like she was criticizing the steps I was taking to organize my thoughts and to take action towards my goals (she actually said "it sounds like you're constantly doing, doing doing), even though organizing is really important to me and being able to be more productive was one of my main goals! Ugh. I was going to try another counsellor, but the type of therapy she offers really didn't vibe with me and this one definitely does. So, now I know what to look for. Anyway, I really appreciate your taking the time and care to make this video and share this information with us. Blessings! - Claire
We're so glad this was helpful - you may find our counselling directory helpful as you can search for counsellors who offer this kind of therapy: www.counselling-directory.org.uk/adv-search.html
Thank you this is very helpful!
Helpful thank you
I spent years in prison it affected me. I then sought solice in rehabilitating myself, i got clean, went through university, volunteered and became emplyed supporting people. All through this i isolated, i think to manage my mental health. I could not hold a job down, manage mentally. Being at uni and before in prison gave me a support net. I told doctor i wad concerned about my mental health i tried to explain about not being able to adapt and i feared going into work full time was a concern. I was ignored and like all self forfilling prophecies i mentally couod not cope in wotk, i hyper relied on structure and once that was not met it affectef me. As predicted i was in and out of jobs, i eventually startef dabbling with drugs, then became depressed and started to consider ending my life. I reached out to my doctors mental health nurse, told her after studiny for a module on mentally disordered offenders i felt i shared many symptoms suffered by pd's. The nurse seemed frustrated for me, telling me to be assessed would take ages. Fast forward 2 years my life has turned up side down, im 2 weeks clean as i got hack on hard drugs, began crime again which has stopped now, surrounded myself with other negative people. I literally told the doctor when i was studying for my master's that i was concerned this would happen if i couldn't get help. I feel completely helpless and im only hanging on by a fingernail
The age could matter. A person would react differently after reaching the puberty. Certainly, adapting to those traits, a person is even who is able to work, more able than others. But they should not be too little to go out and do things, even when suppressed a bit and made to do it, to be the kid who gets help.
can really recommend CAT in one currently 4 session and already picking apart so much very grateful for this 🙏🏻
That is a weird explanation….does not make sense and he looks like an AI character. 😮
Hi Denise, thank you for your feedback. You can find out more information on somatic therapy here: www.counselling-directory.org.uk/somatic-therapy.html#whatissomatictherapy The member who filmed this video is using a filter to blur their background, so this is why the recording may look distorted. We hope this helps!
I’m an empath who is passive aggressive and has CPTSD and recently learned I have untreated ADHD and worst of all I have an attachment style while my husband is avoidant we both became so defensive that we were triggering our most narcissists traits to protect ourselves.
What if abstinence is the goal? Because for me that is exactly the goal…
I just bought the book it is so inspiring. I found full of lots of new ideas of how to work simply and accessible. Thank you.
😂n
Thanks for the video, I now know this type of therapy will get me frustrated. I don't understand why autistic people get recommended cbt and this therapy all the time.
I listened to this after I woke up feeling quite anxious. At the end I suddenly had a pretty powerful imagination where I was walking up the stairs of an attic, towards a white lighted sunny room. Beneath me was this dark creature, that didn't seem particularly evil, but it definitely felt like something I would need to lock behind the door. So I walked up the stairs into the sunlight, and closed the door. Then I envisioned this walk a couple of times more. I don't know where the visualisation came from, but it felt powerful. When I opened my eyes again, I really felt like there was no need to worry and I could just enjoy my morning, which I'm doing right now.
When I realised what was going on I confronted my husband and he said ‘this is what I like to do’ My heart was broken and still is. At this stage we are living separately. I suspect he is having sex multiple times a day and through the night. I want to know if this is also dangerous to a person’s health?? He is keeping up his work. He is a contract specialist on big building projects. Since I realised is now 10 years but I think it’s been going on since the beginning and even since his youth only it went from porn to actual interaction. In Africa black women are available everywhere and relatively cheap. He has had a heart attack and surgery almost 4 years ago and his heart is at 45% He is turning 64 in November. We’ve been married 30 years and I never refused him!! Also I’ve never been overweight.
wow pain almost all gone after just a few minutes !

First I get up and raise my hands thanking God, then make coffee and feed my kitty and give him diabetic medicine.
I'm all of these things unfortunately. I'm 17, and I just want to be in an emotional relationship tbh. I feel like a woman. A little girl. Thank you.
Jesus is the answer, He understands all we feel and can give peace in the most difficult situations. He loved us by dying on a cross to forgive us our sins, since no sin can enter heaven. By asking Jesus into our heart and life we have forgiveness and all Jesus offers in this life, and the promise of eternal life with Him. It is the best free gift you will ever receive!!
Amen and Amen
Might be effective, but it seems like real therapy is only for the rich. I haven't seen anyone offering this for a sane rate.
Merci pour la traduction en français
Bless 🙏🏽
This was great, really enjoyed listening to this.
Wow! Sounds incredible and I love the idea of no downtime vs the invasive surgery option. Hypnotherapy seems to be the way to go without having to do all those fad diets - I longer term approach which I hadn't considered before - thank you so much for sharing this and giving me an alternative healthier and much less scary option. Good luck to all those on their journey x
I’m excited for this i hope it works because im being pushed to have a gastric bypass in a few months. And if this helps show results i can avoid the surgery thank you so much for sharing x
We all have our ways to manage. Wishing all the best to ya! :)
Hello. I got offer letter for MSc. Sustainable chemistry in University of Giesen and MSc. Adavanced Material Analysis in University of Freiberg. Which course is better to get a well salaried job as soon as i complete the masters. Please help...?
