- This is one of the first public access shows I ever recorded back in 1987-1988. People in Winnipeg are very rude on the phone!

There's still a huge thing in terms of people who camp. About the only time that people ever watch public Access anymore is when either they don't have any other option or when they're camping in their RVs and use their antennas
These ladies had too high of an expectation for humanity when they decided to launch this show.
They had no idea about the comment section lol

Watching this made me think of fond memories. When I was younger I had and uncle and aunt that I would visit. We would sit around the table smoking weed and watching bad public access television. We would sit,smoke and laugh making fun of the shows. I miss those days.

Because it's obvious they KNEW ahead of time this would be more important watching in 2023 then watching CNN "news" .
You never know when you might need a VHS tape of a Canadian public access show about dogs.

Public access shows like this were very common around this time. When you were a kid, you thought they were boring, but every now and then you had to laugh at what you were seeing on TV.
For months I have been searching for something but I couldnt put my finger on it. Then Yourtube found me these prank calls. I'm in heaven.
What trolling was like in the 80s
I adore how they speak! Very smooth, easy to understand. American Midwestern with a pinch of British influence. Does appear to be a show from Winnipeg.
I like watching these videos of old shows recorded on VHS.
