I live in a two-door Bronco and truly believe that with the except of a blanket ,tent, and pillow, anything that won't fit inside of a hiker's backpack is not worth having. I strongly encourage people to practice being a minimalist and learn how to live out of a hiker's backpack.

Thanks for the battery versus Jackery comparison. Very well explained for those of us that aren't electrically inclined. Lol

Aside from a well thought out car dwelling setup, your vocabulary is excellent. That is so unusual this day and age.

The music is wayyy too loud when speaking about the battery, literally cant focus on anything you say. Great video otherwise. 😊

With many years of experience packing for a family for road trips that included camping, trying various setups (tent trailers, cargo boxes, etc), we would always go back to the simplest. Now a solo traveler, I still prefer taking as little as possible, but enough to be comfortable and have what I need for my interests. At campgrounds, I've met people who were traveling cross-country by bicycle or on foot doing the Pacific Crest Trail, carrying on their backs or bicycles everything they needed. A car is luxurious in comparison. I've seen a lot of videos of people showing their rigs, often mentioning that they had too much stuff and never used a lot of it.

Great advice learned from living it and experiencing it. Music not necessary, Your Voice is! Thanks.

One thing he didn't mention about the Jackery vs the Battery, you can only use the battery directly with 12v products. If you want to convert that 100AH/12v battery to 110 AC, you need an inverter. The jackery comes with the inverter. And the size of the inverter you have depends on what items you can plug into it and run.

Thanks for sharing this video. The information on battery power is very useful. I just bought a SetPower refrigerator, game changer for me, no more ice!

I would like a whole video on how you use the battery in your set up and how and when you power your electrical items! I guess my main concern is stealth because I live in a very densely populated area and everybody is super nosey XD

Nice setup very user friendly and stealthy with the fact you can get up and go in a pinch. Great Job👍👍⬆️

  • @DarrinOchsner

Great job on minimizing things and improving the stealth factor!

Very nice video. I like your point of view and cleverness. But the background music makes it almost impossible to watch. It's extremely annoying. It's a bad habit that a lot of youtubers have to add background music while they talk. I take the time to write this because I think that your content is worth it. Good luck!
