- Life is too short to not have two ARB Deluxe Screen Rooms! Have you ever been bummed out that your screen room is on the wrong side??? Well… get yourself another room for the other side!!! I’ll show you a few ways to use your screened in rooms. Not only added space to your truck camping adventures, but so many possibilities!

I am in the midst of moving back to Albuquerque, New Mexico (US) to be closer to my family...
I have a little (too little) of a Travel Trailer and since I'm 68 years old... I have started not taking 2nd best of anything... I have seen many people, just "Truck Camping" ... which I have never heard and I have been camping for over 50 years...
This is a turning point for me... I personally think it would be easier for me to TRUCK Camp... than to tow around a tiny camper...

love that deluxe screenroom idea, great suggestions on idea ways to turn them into rooms love that seating/ bedroom/bathroom/ changing area and yes who can forget a living quarters for the dog ,I love everyone of your possible ways in which you could utilize the screen rooms/camping tents, thumbs up and thanks for sharing and staging those rooms setups with us,there’s nothing better then visual creative suggestions.

What a good idea, now you can pick a place and back in! Love the two ARB's now all you need is a breezeway across the tailgate (of course with a see through top panel for stargazing) to join the two ARB's so you can have full access without going outside (and zipping and unzipping).

I have a rooftop tent with a living pod on one side of my car, plus ARB room on the other side plus a decathlon 6 berth shelter attached to the back, and that's for my slide out kitchen in the boot off my Dacia Duster, I did have it all on my Peugeot 208 but the car started to struggle hence my partner car is the go to for Europe when we camp in France, Switzerland and Italy... 😉👍 Great vid ... Why not use every available space, it's free 🤟😎

i think the better idea is putting the tent ⛺ in the back of truck and put the stairs and getting more space for your dog and you , yes trying one this days in see what happens !

Awesome video Dawn!, I had the same dilemma. Thought having the awning on the passenger side was perfect, until it wasn’t. Went ahead and installed a second one on the drivers side too. Gives you options, and in reality, I’ve spent more $ on a pair of LL Bean boots!

I mean..I'm a artist..I could use that extra space to work in..instead of inside my truck camper...where I have to worrie about spilling paint ..and stinking up the place.lol
I have brackets on both sides plus the rear. Then I have multiple bolts set on the awning for each & mount with wing nuts. It only takes 2 minutes to move my awning from one location to another.

If you really want something off the back the Magic’s pop up tent is always an option that’s what I’m planning on doing

I love this, as I’m also a single woman who loves roadtrips, the outdoors and camping. I first watched one of your videos when I was considering trading my car for a truck and my Class C motorhome for a travel trailer. Since then, I’ve done exactly that. I now have a Chevy Colorado short bed and a small travel trailer. The travel trailer is gonna be awesome, but I’m thinking it might still be very nice to get in the truck with my dogs for short overnights, without getting the travel trailer out of storage. My Colorado has only a 5ft bed, so I won’t be able to sleep there, but this sort of arrangement is genius!! Could you, please share with us how the awnings are attached to the truck? I want to be sure I know how everything fits together and that I’m educated before I start purchasing things.

I'm moving... and before I settle down, I want to "Truck Camp" for a few days at least...
One of my friends works for a Hotel and wanted to give me a FREE night for a going away gift, which I thought was so nice, since I have not gotten all of my camping gear in order...
The only thing was... I would have to pay a NON Refundable Deposit for my dog.. which would cost $100. for ONE NIGHT STAY!!!!
I laughed and Thanked her for the kind gesture and said "I'd rather sleep in my car than pay $100. for ONE NIGHT for my dog... " LOL
Great with an SUV, minivan or Van, or even a car-camper.....but with the truck camper there is no direct access to it.
