Also, it was end of sprin beggining of summer so it was hot outside. Till this day i was not able to reproduce that because i am not able to reach that focus i had in my mind ... also started to work and shit, i was a student back then. I am still shocked of how focuse my mind was. I was also fat back then, not obese just overweight but still. This is real. The mind is 90% of all the energy

      @@thecommentwith0likes being taller usually makes it harder for static barbell lifts like deadlift which is one of the reasons Eddie has been so dominant in the static lifts in competitions like squats, over heads, and Dls that and of course work ethic and natural ability. Honestly the fact Hafthor did it so easily compared to Eddie was amazing considering how much taller he is, but gotta respect both of them they're in the top of their fields and life long rivals for a reason without each other as rivals they might not have pushed themselves as hard to beat the other and who knows if they would have broken the record then.

      Meanwhile Thor lifted “501kg” at his home gym with a ESPN backdrop too make it look authentic. He could barely lift 472kg at the WSM. Look at his progression, there’s no way he lifted a legit 501kg. In my eyes it’s Thor trying too get his own back for Eddie winning WSM 2017 and Thors still crying like a baby thinking Eddie cheated. Thors conscious isn’t clear, he’s lying too himself with this BS 501. Clowns and yes men everywhere.

    Just a short reminder: don’t do this alone lol.
    The chance that you are developing a dissociation disorder is very very high. There is an difference between resilience and snap you out of the moment for standing it.

      @nutellanorbert2799 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@aDNxajt2001 sure - Dissociations are a protective mechanism of the brain. During traumatic experiences, the brain "zooms" the personality out of the situation. One is "no longer there" or has the feeling of dreaming. The most extreme form of this is the splitting of the personality into several personalities.
      You can also bring about this state yourself. I, for example, have done this time and again to cope with particularly threatening or stressful situations. What I didn't realise was that what I was doing was not "gritting my teeth" but deliberate dissociation. The body cannot tolerate something like that in the long term until this state has taken on a life of its own.
      That's why I ask everyone to be careful when playing around with such things. You may open doors that you will never be able to close again. I am not a doctor - but neither are most of the people here. So always talk to one before jumping into such things. This also includes lucid dreaming etc.
      Eddy Hall also had medical supervision from a professional.
      I also advise everyone to read more deeply into the subject if they are interested and not to rely on the statements of individuals (including myself).

    This is similar to what I do when I go for runs in the morning part of my boxing training.
    Sometimes when I run I’m more fatigued and tired an use those pains as motivation to run harder, but, sometimes it’s not good enough because it’s never enough. So I’d create a scene in my head where my brothers have been kidnapped or there’s a killer at home hurting my family, or I’m chasing something that I want to kill myself, it gets very dark, but it allows me to unleash this inner ability which makes me believe that it’s happening. I run with a killer instinct and it turns me into a weapon. The crazy part is, I enjoy every second of it.
