- Yes, I'm posting it AGAIN! Final review of the Talk Back part 2 (second of two videos). Days later....youtube is changing my video from "no restrictions" to "copywrite." So, I need to keep editing and deleting content and reposting. I'm sorry for any confusion. I am making the old videos unlisted to not confuse anyone. I’m not convinced Meri believed Jen when Jen pointed out that Kody must have been complaining about the wives to Robyn before they got married.
I want to believe in Meri but she’s shown an unbelievable amount of denial. Even Jen backed off saying “maybe I’m overthinking?” I’m really glad Meri has Jen but I think it’s going to take Meri a long time to see reality.

Meri not only lost her husband but they were best friends-inseparable for several years. I also think she’s seeing the mental decline of a past friend. She’s over him as a husband- I do think she hurts for him as the friend he ONCE was to her. But fk him imo

I think Janelle needs a Jen. She has Christine, but she lives in another state. I'd like to see her get a good friend. When Christine and her had that girl's night, it was all of Christine's friends. None of Janelle's. I think she's a homebody and maybe even more socially awkward.
My mom always told me to beware of people who talk about others to you because they will talk about you to them. Sounds exactly like Kody. NONE of them should have been gossiping. It affected all of their relationships

Kody broke the covenant with the OG3 by having an affair with Robyn. He kept her a secret for months. Kody and Robyn should let Janelle and Meri have Coyote pass . Kody and Robyn have the mansion and the land adjoining it, plus the art, jewellery, collectables, ect.My goodness, it was the wives money from years of work that brought it.

Amy, you're the best! I will say the percentage is SO SMALL that I shouldn't have even mentioned it. It just related to my point about Kody and his social media obsession. I will say the women (and some men) who faithfully watch my channel and comment are almost ALL amazing!!! And, truth is, I've never had a negative commenter leave a comment twice. So I think they move on...which is great. Some people just love to hate. Maybe it's Robyn and Kody under code names! LOL!

I'm very curious about him being a arms dealer and sales and attends large events in Las Vegas and why they moved there. I'm not saying he's doing anything illegal Im just very curious about how much money he makes in that line of business and why does it have to be a secret. Kody loves it when the wives are miserable. He has been in control of all of them for so long until they got fed up and saw the light. All of the OG3 have left and he doesn’t know how to handle it anymore. He is imploding on himself so yes, he is in a bad place. It’s called not being in control anymore.

Is it possible that Merri is mentally blocking out what she dosen’t want to hear from or about Cody? For her to have not entertained the thought that he and Robyn HAD to have discussed the pathetic place he has claimed to be in with some or all of his wives before he and Robyn married is frankly pathetic in and of itself.And the way she defends his abhorrent behaviors is not healthy in my opinion.Her mind may be trying to protect itself after sooo many years of Cody’s cruelty.
Indoctrination: Meri believed he took all his covenants seriously. But the truth is he just collected wives to have a polygamy life. He didn’t think it thru. Believe him when he says he never loved them. He decided to “DO” polygamy and grabbed the women who wanted to play.
I can completely get on board with that idea, Sarah. I think she has a lot to detangle over the next couple of years...the further away she becomes from Kody.

Ginny, I just discovered your channel, and I've been binge-watching like crazy. I love how you go over these Sister Wives episodes, and I have to say that I agree with you pretty much all the time. Kody is one of the nastiest pieces of work I have seen on reality television. I watched the first few episodes when it came out, and stopped watching pretty early on, because I thought Kody was such a jerk with the OG3. I still remember how he "dropped the bomb" of picking out Robyn's wedding dress, and the sheer pain that appeared on Christine's face. The only reason I'm interested now is because Christine, Janelle, and FINALLY Meri have left this POS. It's all worked out nicely--Christine has David, Janelle has her kids and her friendship with Christine, and Meri has Jen (God love her). And the best part of all is that Robyn and Kody have each other. And the OG3 will hopefully live happily ever after!
I am so happy you found my channel. I'm embarrassed to say I've watched every episode. But I guess because I was cheering Christine on the whole time because she clearly did not like Robyn from day one and I wanted her to get even. LOL. And 18 seasons later....FINALLY! She's broken free and lead the way for the other two to leave as well! Love it!

I think Meri needs more time to fully fully process the relationship she had been part of for so long.
I think she still gives him way too much credit and believes he is a better person than he actually is. Time away from Kody (and sadly her Kody defending mom) will allow her to process more of the foul treatment from Kody.
I think her comment about being happy Kody is finally telling her and letting her go, but mad that he is putting his agreement with Robyn on her is coming from her ability to make excuses for Kody. I think subconsciously she is now believing that Kody would have been a better husband and made it work rather than throw his marriages away had he not been given the green light to leave by Robyn in their “sacred covenant” before they got married. Meri and Kody’s covenant was supposed to be forever, but Kody and Robyn’s had an escape plan.
Ah! So essentially Robyn's covenant is what allowed Kody to leave Meri. Even though it wasn't her covenant. I get it.
@@SeniorPerspective-123 yeah, I think so. Robyn’s covenant was to cut losses and Meri’s was to work through issues and honor eternally.
Since Kody wasn’t ever going to honor their covenant by working through their issues , she is glad he finally admitted to it so she can be free to find happiness, but she would have preferred that he honor their covenant.

I don’t think Christine blames Robyn in contrast to Janelle blaming Kody. Christine’s final statement was just explaining to Robyn, since she claims to not understand. I think Christine blames Kody for not rising to his commitments same as Janelle. I also think Janelle would agree that Robyn playing dumb regarding Kody’s favoritism toward her would cause problems in the other marriages is ridiculous.
I get that. Good point. But Christine has also said she's open to a friendship with Kody again. But she's not with Robyn. At least (still) not now.

I think Christine is just willing more willing than Janelle to call Robyn out for a few reasons:
Janelle wanted more independence, Christine wanted connection. So Christine was more affected than Janelle by his favoring of Robyn.
Christine was more directed affected by his focus being on Robyn, b/c she was pregnant/had a small child the whole time he was focused on Robyn.
Christine was more affected b/c she was home with the children during the day while Janelle was at work during the hours Kody was with Robyn rather than other wives. (Then Christine went at night to work while Kody was diligent with his sleep schedules)
Robyn took Janelle’s money same as everyone else, yet Robyn didn’t accept Christine’s childcare services like the other wives did. So Christine’s main contributions were poopoohed by Robyn, while Janelle’s was more than accepted.
Christine had tried to talk to Robyn about her feelings several times and Robyn continued the behaviors that were upsetting Christine. Janelle never bother to talk to Robyn so there was no reason for her to feel directly slighted by Robyn.
And, of course , the biggest reason: Christine is more open to express her opinions than Janelle in general.
This show is mindless.😂your take on it is priceless 😊 I want to slap myself for even watching this show. These reality shows are so stupid, but you can't help watching commentaries. 😅Robin & Cody are so ridiculous and not in reality. They ladies are laughing and sobbing Robin and Kooter are going to have breakdowns. His eyes are black and all these panic attacks are just crazy. Divorce is for married people, so these OG3 didn't go through divorce they just had to 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️ away.

What did Meri do that hurt Kody's ego so badly that he feels justified to go after her like this? Was it the catfish situation?
It's the ONLY thing WE know of that Meri has done. And since then, she has done EVERYthing Kody has asked of her. For years.
And it's still not enough. He just NEEDS something to blame the women for. I think ANY blow on Kody's ego is taken so personally that he never gets over it.

Were the wives in a good place? Were their feelings hurt? Were they in pain? Did Kody care? Yes Meri, you keep excusing him. He’s allowed to be in a bad spot but not consider your position. Why? This indoctrination is so deeply ingrained that they know not what they do.

Jen & Husband moved to Paraguan / Utah where Meri's BnB is after her mom died. I believe you said they moved to Flagstaff. In getting that property, her mother really set up a future exit strategy for Meri to get her out of 3rd wheel to Mr Narcissistic and Mrs Histrionic Personality Disorders of Flagstaff. 🎉

Altho I remember when Merl said to the 📸 camera about Be Happy what Kody said to Christen was leaving the family and Kody asked like a fool ! It was as if she was glad her cut here out of his life ...not so much fun is it Merl ? 🤔
