      Thank you so much for playing the Soprano, you have no idea how giddy that made me ^_^
      Sorry about the high notes on the Soprano - that print is REALLY finicky and I've never figured out how to improve the stability printer to printer.
      It can hit most of the notes (last note is always kind of shrill, though) if the stars align and the print is perfect.

    Did not expect such a well developed youtube video for such a niche topic. I mean you literally used a professional ocarina player. This is amazing. It has the type of editing that would get like tens of thousands of views.

    Those are pretty cool. I craft Ocarina's out of clay. I've made the 12 hole variety, 10 hole, and i created my own style of ocarina, i call it the Bongcarina.

    • @UrakianOcarinist
      @UrakianOcarinist ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Check the inner chamber for stringing and try to clear it out with tweezers - they can disrupt the airflow and cause issues with the high notes.
      Sometimes there's also a blob on the inside of the windway that can cause issues, though you mentioned sanding so you probably already checked in there.
      Also, make sure to print on at least 3 perimeters - if there's even a tiny hole inside the inner chamber it'll goof it up irreparably.

    Hello. I printed the 12 notes ocarina but it doesnt work. Ive used the organic suport and i was wondering how you printed yours to make it make sounds or if its just a technique issue

    • @brixalot9073
      @brixalot9073 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It should not have any supports or anything on the inside. If it does, it will probably not work. The only thing it needs supports for is the mouthpiece.
      The wall/shell thickness needs to be pretty thick. I used a 5-layer shell on mine. Resolution also needs to be smaller than .24mm.
      Look up an ocarina fingering chart and try to play a D-note and go upwards, this note seems to be the most reliable. Don’t blow into it like a whistle, basically just exhale into it.
