Pork cutlets use same method till after 10 min marinade. Dip chops in dry flour, then egg, then dry flour! Use a little more oil then his method to semi-deep fry each side with same heat & timing until slightly brown & crispy! Viola!

1,你個湯匙嘅size同唔同我一樣,我係用西湯匙比較淺,我知道有啲網友嘅湯匙係比較大,要自己調整,所以我都有gram數俾大家參考。
