焗豬扒飯 Hong Kong Style Baked Pork Chop Rice
Ingredients ( for 4 people )
Pork chop 豬扒 4pcs ( 500-550g )
Mozzarella 水牛芝士
Sauce 汁
Carrot 紅蘿蔔 80g
Onion 洋蔥 250g
Canned tomato 罐頭蕃茄 2 cans ( 800g )
Tomato paste 茄膏 50g
AP flour 中筋麵粉 25g
Unsalted butter 無鹽牛油 25g
Chicken stock 雞湯 120ml
Rock sugar 冰糖 60g
Dark soy sauce 老抽 8g
Worcestershire sauce 喼汁 1 tsp
Ketchup 茄汁 50g
Bay leaf 月桂葉 2pcs
Salt 鹽 5g
Water 水 100ml
Pork marinade 豬扒醃料
Salt 鹽 0.25tsp
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 10g
Garlic powder 蒜粉 2g
Onion powder 洋蔥粉 2g
Light soy sauce 生抽 8g
Egg 雞蛋 1pc ( 55-58g )
Fried rice 炒飯
Cooked rice 白飯 600-800g

我通常炒香啲洋蔥同新鮮蕃茄,跟住直接開罐金寶蕃茄湯落去做芡汁。懶人做法。😂
加芝士是必須的,但泰山你隻手太邪惡,睇見都想食😂 做你家人真幸福😊

@@hofattong9804 預備好晒先預熱就唔係預熱,係開焗爐。如果覺得嘥電,你可以做到中間先預熱,而我叫人一早預熱,都係嗰句: 係好多時會唔記得,而早啲預熱,焗爐熱力均勻啲,係會焗得好啲。
依稀記得40幾年前,第一次食焗豬排飯,就係响"友爱餐廳"!佢隻汁係鮮橙色既!到咗依家依然係鮮橙色比較親焗飯!深红色係大家樂大快活呢10幾20年既出品!可能比鮮橙色汁易D成本少D掛!少人整!可能係我少咗出街食!
