On this episode, we are joined by attorney Arthur Traldi, who spent several years of his legal career at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY). Most notably during this time, Mr. Traldi served as a prosecutor on the Ratko Mladić case. In this role he helped to secure convictions for a number of crimes committed by Mladić, the former Commander of the Main Staff of the Army of the Bosnian-Serb Republic (VRS), including genocide, persecution, murder, extermination, and more.
