This judgement will be the most historic judgment in our times.
Supreme Court is the last surviving pillar of our democracy which people still have faith in.
Keeping in mind the national elections are in front of us.
In a country where 80 crore people are given free ration, poor are hidden from the outside world, hospitals run out of oxygen, electricity has not reached everyone, lack of drinking water, poverty, and the list is just too long to continue and make you sad. Just one more thing, also remember Covid, these parties had enough money to provide you with enough services for you to not panic enough (it was unprecedented, so mistakes were bound to happen, but remember our central party spent 62 crore on each seat just a year prior)
They also do legal corruption through advertisements. 7000 crore something. This buys them silence.
Then we have Big Man’s photos on every boarding, like seriously look at the amount spent on G20. Show me a democracy where public money was used for personal promotion (Approx 1/3 had His photo)
Apart from this, the control over the institutions over the “Enemy from within” is not hidden from anything.
Why are they so much in chaud? To break so many laws all you need is a bag full of money for everyone on the ladder. And who says NO to money? Ab galat kaam khud kiya ho to dusro pe ungli kaise uthegi?
Apke elaake ka police, judge, bureaucrats, inke “social workers”, reporter, sab free mai to kaam nhi kar rahe na?
I am very proud that the Bench who wrote our Constitution were democratically elected in between so much chaos. That’s the only Book that can save our country from an irreversible doom. I hope our Founding persons were capable enough to stop this from ever happening and wrote something to make it right. The experts of that Book are hearing this case, the only appeal?
Take your time, gather all the evidence, understand every minute detail of it, because if you do it without enough backing, They will overturn it based on lack of evidence, and that will be the END. Just do it before national elections. 🙏🏻

This is where the legal loophole steps in - parties generally break large donations from a single donor into multiple small donations. This practice exempts them from any disclosure requirement. Since 2017, electoral bonds enable large donors to hide their donations if they use official banking channels
We are very hopeful that final judgement of SC will be on similar lines of Cancellation of bail to Sisodiya. It's obvious that SC has also learnt image management.

Electoral bonds encourage corruption in the form of QUID PRO QUO. For high denominations by a corporate, more the favours from government/the political party. Electoral bonds must not be allowed. All political parties must return back the money they have taken from the big corporations; only small donations from the public should be allowed. Otherwise, big corporations will determine the policy of the government. That will be a great loss for the people as the interest of big corporations are different from that of the public. The problem is not just with the nature of Electoral Bonds, it is with the rise of the Oligarchial state. Even if you ignore the biggest bully in the room, BJP, how many people can question AIMIM, a party with only 7 odd seats in Telengana or CPI, a party with 2 seats in Lok Sabha. Anyone who questions political parties are either met with assault or dedicated disturbances in their life, this means the power no longer lies with the Common people but has been appropriated by a class that has the financial heft to pay others to maintain their power and stature. This is the symptom, the disease is Inequality. The Gini Coefficient of India is rising everyday and that is further creating a ruling class not bound by a questioning populace and we are still busy fighting over the crumbs they flick from their table.

Thanks to Akash and his team for addressing such a crucial issue. I'm also interested in understanding the election spending of other democratic countries like the USA, UK, and France. Is their spending significantly less than in our country? In my opinion, the key solution is to focus on public education. Much of these expenditures are aimed at advertising and, in essence, influencing voters. Could India implement processes like public debates among leaders, similar to the US? This could potentially reduce election costs and allow people to hear them simultaneously in one place. I believe there will be less dramabaji in comparison to the current election campaigning process.
India courts follow British holiday schedule, 2 weeks out for Christmas 😀😀😀. No court or office in the world takes 2 weeks off for Christmas except India’s supreme court. India law and order needs holidays to back fill cases , incredible india. Stop using foreign goods but follow foreign based law and order, and holiday schedules 😀😀😀

Step 1. Convert illegal money to legal money
Step 2. Give indigestible favour to companies who give that money
Step 3. Use that money not to buy not voters but directly buy chosen MLAs/MPs

Electoral Bonds are actual definition of Crony Capitalism, this issue was also addressed in Jawan, In my view Most of the funding that BJP got in 2019 Elections about 28,000 Crores, 90% were from Adani group, that's why it got so many Big projects like:- Bhadla Solar Park, the Mumbai International Airport and many more.. That's why Congress and I.N.D.I.A Alliance is Desparately highlighting the Adani Issue because at First this issue has a very huge Political relevance and also Congress's anger that most of the Funding of Electoral Bonds went to BJP not to them that's why now Congress is Attacking BJP's money power by Raising the Modani issue.

Carefully analyse SC judgements in controversial political matters. Contrary to popular perception they will not take on the legislature head on. That leaves the only path to deal with these issues through electoral outcomes. But there again once a politician/party gets elected they find it convenient to behave exactly the way that suits their narrow objectives. Our democracy has hit rock bottom courtesy our laziness and indifference to matters that affect us as citizens. We are only interested in the short term. God save this country.
