How to make MERINGUE COOKED IN A FRYING PAN? On this video I show you how to make MERINGUE COOKED IN A FRYING PAN!
Ingredients
2 egg whites
90g caster sugar
Method
Place the egg whites in a bowl or a mixer and beat to soft peaks. Add caster sugar and beat to stiff peaks. Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil and heat on a very low heat (number 1). Pipe the meringues, cover with a lid and cook for about 30 minutes. Switch off the induction hob and leave covered until the frying pan cooling.
