Everyone has a right to compete in publicly funded sports, but the terms under which they do should be founded first and foremost on fairness as any other metric undermines the entire point of public competition. If there are sex based divisions, as there are weight divisions, then there can also be divisions for individuals that fit in between, just like there are for weight divisions. Either that or they start implementing handicaps like they have for horses. This seems obvious and reasonable to me so I am left wondering why people can just get on with it rather than milking it for every ounce of click attracting drama they can.

Unfortunately local councils are deciding to do away with gendered publuic facilites and have everything unisex. Not an ideal solution for women and young girls. This is a backlash against feminism. Making gender disappear isn't equality - it' misogyny. Telling unhappy children they can 'choose' their gender and then mutilating their bodies isn't kind. Some things can't be reversed and there's a fair percentage of those who want that, then face a lifetime of regret and for many, the operations don't remove the self-loathing that triggered it all.

In Sweden we have the famous Vasa-race or Vasa loppet, it's a type of long distance cross-country skiing race of 90km. In 2021 there was a change in the start setup, the women was decided that they should run their own race, so they went of 20 min before the rest of the race competitive(about 10.000 people😄) and also the elite males. A 20 min head start sounds like alot and it is, yet they was caught up 15km before the finish-line and came to the goal 5min after the elite males. That is how big difference it is and I believe that no females in that type of race will ever accept a transgender male to compete against them. The females would quiet in an instant! So it's not fare against the females elite that work so hard to become an elite competitor and then have to loose to a bunch of dysfunctional males that only wants a gold medal in any way they can. I hope this never happens in cross-country skiing, because it would kill the sport completely!

Unfortunately local councils are deciding to do away with gendered publuic facilites and have everything unisex. Not an ideal solution for women and young girls. This is a backlash against feminism. Making gender disappear isn't equality - it' misogyny. Telling unhappy children they can 'choose' their gender and then mutilating their bodies isn't kind. Some things can't be reversed and there's a fair percentage of those who want that, then face a lifetime of regret and for many, the operations don't remove the self-loathing that triggered it all.

Trans Olympics is the only way I could see this new relevance turning out fair for all. There is a para Olympics not to be fair to the people with disabilities but to be fair to the people without because the advantage of spring loaded prosthetics etc. the same should be true for transgender athletes as there is clearly an unfair advantage.

How are people allowing the trans movement to ruin woman’s sports. Make them preform in their own trans event.
In Sweden we have the famous Vasa-race or Vasa loppet, it's a type of long distance cross-country skiing race of 90km. In 2021 there was a change in the start setup, the women was decided that they should run their own race, so they went of 20 min before the rest of the race competitive(about 10.000 people😄) and also the elite males. A 20 min head start sounds like alot and it is, yet they was caught up 15km before the finish-line and came to the goal 5min after the elite males. That is how big difference it is and I believe that no females in that type of race will ever accept a transgender male to compete against them. The females would quiet in an instant! So it's not fare against the females elite that work so hard to become an elite competitor and then have to loose to a bunch of dysfunctional males that only wants a gold medal in any way they can. I hope this never happens in cross-country skiing, because it would kill the sport completely!
