Wouldnt clients become angry when they are paying lets say $200 for a house clean but they ask their worker and find out they're only getting $100 in wages? They could either save massively or pay the worker more by canceling the service and employing them directly, cutting you out as the middleman.
If you as the business aren't providing value to the client and cleaner outside of the directly cleaning service you provide, then yes there is a greater risk of the two parties cutting you out. As an eg, you as the business might provide the insurance cover, cover for sick cleaners etc that clients value which would want them to keep working with your company.

Yes, you can run it remotely (managing day-to-day operations) or get a VA to manage it for you. Both are remote.

Yep 10% is low but actually pretty common. But yes, 30% is good going
