    Thank you for all your information I greatly appreciate it. I don't think I've found anyone to help me in a way you do so yes I greatly appreciate you and your help. I am going to begin and now at the point where I am trying to come up with estimates, contracts, etc. I just want to cry because I continue to get stuck but know I'll get through it :)

    Yes the standard is net 30 but most of the time I ask for a net 15 and it's usually no problem. I don't like waiting 30 days

      Yes net 15 is perfect, many accounts under 5k/month will be okay paying net 15. But for bigger accounts that are 5k-20k a month, most times there vendor qualification requires net 30, sure you can negotiate it but it may effect the closing rate. But a trick to get paid faster in these situations is to simply send the invoice early, in the beginning of the month instead of the end of the month, so even with net 30 terms, you get paid faster than net 15, net 10, etc. Also for residential or small clients, you can even get paid upfront. And if you use subcontractors, you can get paid first and then the cleaner, so your always cashflow positive.

    I created a commercial cleaning company, but I couldn't get any contract because my English is not correct and I had to get a commercial cleaning franchise to they give me a contract, but they deduct a large percentage of the fee and charge the customer approximately 45 dollars per hour, which means a two-hour job. They charge 90 dollars, which is very low. I live in Australia, so I don't know if your topics are useful for me.
