You know Rosco it's great to see you show so much pride and care for quality in your work. In a day when people can't wait to get things out the door, it would be terrific if all Australian manufacturers put the same care for quality that you do. Cheers
These videos are the best iv seen. Iv been waiting for the next video but i must have missed the notification? So i checked in just in case you had put up a video.
Well not a bad shot, lobbing the cup in the bin aye Rosco....then came the pause waiting for the applause..(Bloody show off). Cheers n you and yours stay safe.
Have you ever tried step drills for your boats, a step drill never catchs (perfect for plexiglass) and it would start small, like a pilot drill and finish with the size you want.
Thanks so much for these videos! Have not seen anyone else sharing their techniques like this, really appreciated! I have a question on one of the previous videos; when you laminated the hull, wondering why you didn't just peel ply the whole inside of the hull? Doesn't the peel ply absorb extra resin, to help keep the weight down? Thanks! I'm going to watch your cataraman build videos now!

All the best to you buddy.
One thing we would do to reduce the chance of chipping the gelcoat is run the drill in reverse till you reach the glass. always like learning from you
Bloody hell Ross the amount of work and detail in this surf canoe, I'm thinking you will have your cat finished first
