I grew up on a farm in the Welsh mountains. We could get snowed in for two weeks at a time. I loved the daily task of getting the three fires rekindled in the morning. The sound of a fire crackling and sharp smoky smell always takes me back. Good luck with your books!
Wow 😍 I'm in love with that scenery, and the coziness of this vlog, too! It makes me want to brew a steaming cup of chai and join you 💓 Congratulations on the contract! That's so, so exciting!
I lived in Vermont many years ago. I get it, I totally get it. One of my best memories,; the morning sun hitting the tops of ice covered trees. Glittering like diamonds.
Great video. Love the videos both of you sisters publish. Hers are full of energy and good vibe. Yours are full of warmth and coziness. It gives me a great sense of peace and stability when I watch these. And love the breathtaking sceneries of Vermont. Please keep posting this stuff. Love from Hyderabad, india.
I was literally thinking that as I made the video! I was like...man, this could be an ambient mix! Thanks so much for watching and commenting, Sabrina. I am so glad you enjoyed this one. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season 🙏💛🏔
@@KAEmmons Thank YOU for posting great content! And for replying to us who comment :) Have a safe and wonderful holiday season to you and Abbie and your family!
I learned a valuable lesson from you. You eat and work. I eat and watch a movie, then I'm tired and nap, or go to bed. I waste a ton of time. I'm afraid of spilling stuff on my laptop
I love these videos. Vermont seems very beautiful. I was wondering if you have any advice on how to beat perfectionism? I have a book idea and write maybe half a chapter, then end up hating it because it isn't perfect. As a teenager, I am really busy with school (and life) but writing has always been a safe haven, but I haven't been able to finish any creative projects because of my mindset and that really gets me down. Should I maybe right some short stories first to encourage me? This video is so soothing. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Sue! I am so glad you enjoyed this video. 🙏💛I know what you mean about perfectionism...it can be tough, because we WANT our writing to be perfect. BUT...I heard this quote a while back, and it's helped me a lot: "done is better than perfect." Perfect is subjective. Embrace where you are right now, and just keep writing. THAT is the important thing.🙂 I highly recommend checking out the latest episode of Abbie and I's podcast, where we give some specific advice for teen writers. I hope this helps you a little bit! 💛Podcast link: th-cam.com/video/bZDSrJGxD5U/w-d-xo.html

What a narrator voice you have!! It just flows through and lets you listen without taking over! And parsnips are my favorite!! Lol!!
