Revelation 12:17 The dragon went to make war with the REMNANT of her seed, which KEEP the COMMANDMENTS of God and HAVE the testimony of Jesus Christ. Can man make a day holy? If I choose to worship on Wednesday, am I telling God that the day I choose is better and more convenient than the day He gave me to worship. Are we to be like Cain and worship God how WE see fit or are WE to be like Abel submitting to God and worship Him how He deserves to be worshiped? Isaiah 66:23, It shall come to pass that from one New Moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, ALL FLESH shall come to WORSHIP before Me, says the Lord. Isaiah chapter 56 speaks about salvation for the Gentiles in keeping the Sabbath. Isaiah 56:7, For MY house shall be called a house of prayer for ALL NATIONS. Isaiah 58:13, If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on MY HOLY DAY, and call the Sabbath a delight, THE HOLY DAY OF THE LORD honorable and shall honor Him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words. There is so much more about the Sabbath. Show me in the Bible that God changed the Sabbath to Sunday, and I will start going to church on Sunday. Until then, I will keep the 7th day Sabbath as my God commanded me. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord, Joshua 24:15.
The sabbath was about rest. Not worship. Jesus plainly stated sabbath was made for the man, and not man for the sabbath. It ensured a day of rest to keep people from being over worked. That is why it is the pattern, not the specific day that matters. Further, Leviticus shows how one must keep the sabbath, and that includes stoning sabbath breakers. So those who simply worship on Saturday do not keep the sabbath any more than those who worship on Sunday because it is far more than about simply resting on that day.
God saw that a Sabbath was essential for man, even in Paradise. He needed to lay aside his own interests and pursuits for one day of the seven, that he might more fully contemplate the works of God and meditate upon His power and goodness. He needed a Sabbath to remind him more vividly of God and to awaken gratitude because all that he enjoyed and possessed came from the beneficent hand of the Creator.

The investigative judgment commenced in 1844 and will be completed soon followed by the executive judgmenr. Please read and study Books of Hebrews, Daniel and the Revelation.. Its VERY Clear. Christ was not our High Priest on the cross. He became our High Priest AFTER he ascended to heaven & entered the tabernacle not made by human hands. (Heb. 9:11) Why is Christ our High Priest? Hebrews 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. Answer: To make reconciliation for the sins of the people. If reconciliation, by Jesus, was done at the cross, then why did Jesus NEED to become our High Priest to reconcile the sins of the people. Look up the word reconciliation in the greek & you will see that it means “atone for sins”. What happened at the cross? Colossians 1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. Notice: - made peace through the cross TO RECONCILE, meaning reconciliation was not done yet. What needed peace? The broken law required death; for the wages of sin is death. Jesus death paid the death price, making peace with the broken law of God. The death part was covered. However, Christ became our High Priest TO MAKE RECONCILIATION FOR THE SINS OF THE PEOPLE. People should go to the Old Testament & study what the High Priest did in the earthly tabernacle, leading up to the Day of Atonement because Christ, as our High Priest in the heavenly tabernacle is doing the same thing the earthly High Priest did. But Christ is working on a larger scale, leading up to a type of Day of Atonement that will come upon the earth, some call it the Day of Judgement. So when Adventist say that atonement for sins was not done at the cross, it is very biblical. Because Christ, as our High Priest, is today ministering to make atonement for our sins in the heavenly tabernacle.

So what about verses like Romans 3:25 when it says that God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement through the shedding of His blood? And in Isaiah 53 when he says it was the Lords will to cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an OFFERING for sin… Looks like to me that Jesus’ precious blood is what atoned for us… See also, when Peter mentions that it is the precious blood of Christ that saved us all over the book of 1 Peter. Why so much emphasis on his blood? Because his blood atoned for our sins. William Miller was born Feb 1782 and died Dec 1849 and was an American Baptist Minister. 7th Day Adventist was founded on May 21, 1863, after his death. You clearly don't understand the earthly sanctuary spoken of in the book of Leviticus and the Heavenly Sanctuary spoken of in the book of Hebrews. Everything in the earthly sanctuary pointed to Jesus. There was one entrance (Jesus is the only way), the altar of sacrifice (Jesus crucified, the Lamb that was slain), the bronze laver (Jesus baptized). Into the Holy Place, you have the table of showbread (Jesus the Bread of Life), the altar of inscence (Jesus' prayers to the Father, intercedes for us), the 7 candlesticks or lampstand (Jesus the light of the world). The Most Holy Place had one piece of furniture, which was the Ark of the Covenant. Inside the Ark is the 10 Commandments, Aaron's rod that budded, and a pot of manna. On the top of the Ark was the mercy seat. The sinner would bring their sacrifice, putting their hand on the head of the sacrifice and symbolically transferring the sin to the sacrifice. The throat would be slit and the blood would be caught in a bowl. The priest would minister the blood. Once a year, the day of atonement, the high priest would take the blood into the Most Holy Place where the Ark of the Covenant was. Not only was Jesus the Lamb that was slain, He is also our High Priest. If you read Hebrews chapters 7-10, you would see how everything points to Jesus. Hebrews 7:25, Therefore Jesus is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God the Father through Jesus, since Jesus always lives to make intercession for them. Hebrews 8:6, But now Jesus has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as Jesus is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises. Hebrews 9:1-10, speak about the earthly sanctuary and the limitations of the earthly sanctuary. Hebrews 9:7, But into the second part (Most Holy Place), the high priest went alone once a year, not without blood, which he offered for himself and for the people's sins committed in ignorance... verse 9, it was symbolic for the present time. Hebrews 9:11-28, speak about the Heavenly Sanctuary, the Mediator's death necessary, and the greatness of Christ's sacrifice. Hebrews 9:11-12, But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. "Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own BLOOD He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption." As the earthly high priest would enter into the Most Holy Place with the blood of animals to make atonement for himself and the people, Jesus went into the Most Holy Place in the Heavenly Sanctuary with His own blood. Jesus was our sacrifice. Now He ministers His own blood for us in the Heavenly Sanctuary. I don't understand how people can't make the connection. There has to be a judgment before Jesus comes back. Revelation 22:12, I AM coming quickly, and My REWARD is with Me to give to everyone according to his work. Revelation 20:11-15, the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. What works will we be judged on? Revelation 14:12 "Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who KEEP the COMMANDMENTS of God and the faith of Jesus." We are not saved by works, only by the blood of Jesus. What Jesus did for us should want to push us to do what pleases Him and do good works.

True points: - The Sabbath in the Old Testament is ALWAYS on Saturday, the 7th day of the week - Right now… “ALL FLESH” does not come together on ONE Sabbath to worship. Some people come on Saturday, some on Sunday, yet both days can’t be ONE sabbath - The LORD said there will be “One sabbath” What did the LORD say: Isaiah 66:22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. Isaiah 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD. Make it plain: Jesus, the LORD said, in the new earth & heaven, ALL FLESH will come before Him to worship, to celebrate new months (new moons) & on Saturdays (the “one Sabbath” as stated in the Old Testament 10 Commandments). When Jesus said this to Isaiah, Jesus had not yet come to be born, die or resurrect, so a Sunday sabbath was not even a thought when Jesus mentions Sabbath in the new heaven & new earth to Isaiah. Who is saying that we will live on? 1 Timothy 6:15-16, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords (speaking of Jesus) who ALONE has IMMORTALITY. We know Enoch is in heaven and did not see death, Genesis 5:23-24. We know Elijah is in heaven and did not see death, 2 Kings 2:11, Matthew 17:1-4. We know Moses saw death but was resurrected and is in heaven, Deuteronomy 34:5-6, Jude 1:9, Matthew 17:1-4. There were those who were resurrected when Jesus died that the earth quaked, the rocks split, and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep (had died) were raised; and coming out of the graves AFTER His (Jesus') resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many, Matthew 27:51-53. They were the ones of captives who ascended with Jesus as trophies of His victory over death and the grave. Mary and Jesus' apostles were still alive when that happened, and there is no record of them ascending into heaven when they died. Peter said in Acts 2:29, "Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day." In verse 34, Peter also said, "For David did NOT ascend into the heavens." David is in the grave awaiting the resurrection. Ecclesiastes 9:4-6, For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing. And they have no more reward, for the memory of them is forgotten. Also, their love, their hatred, and their envy have now perished. When a person dies in Ecclesiastes 12:7 says, then the dust (the body) will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit (the breath of life) will return to God who gave it. There is no such thing as an immortal soul. Can a soul die? Ezekiel 18:4, 20, "the soul that sins, it shall die." What is another word for breath of life? Job 27:3, "All the while my breath is in me (Job speaking) and the spirit of God is in my nostrils." BREATH=SPIRIT. It's the breath that returns to God, not a spirit that knows what is going on. Psalm 146:4, His spirit (breath of life) departs, he (his body) returns to his earth; in that very day his plans perish. Job 14:14 If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service, I will WAIT until my change comes. Even Paul understood what Job was saying. In Philippians 3:20-21, The Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body. Also, in 1 Corinthians 15:51-54, Paul wrote, verse 53, this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this MORTAL must put on IMMORTALITY. It is God who gives those who surrender to Him, who obey Him, immortality. Heaven is eternal. Hell is not eternal. The effects of hell are eternal. Malachi 4:1-3, The day is coming burning like an oven, all the proud, all who do wickedly will be stubble. The day which is coming will burn them up. You shall trample the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet. Jude 1:7, As Sodom and Gomorrah having given themselves over (to a list of sins), are set forth as an EXAMPLE, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Sodom and Gomorrah are not still burning. The fire went out after it did its job. If the wicked burn for eternity, where is the justice? How will God then rid the universe of sin? God takes no pleasure in the destruction of the wicked. Ezekiel 18:23, Does God have any pleasure that the wicked should die? God says that he should turn from his ways and live. Satan is not in charge of, nor did he create hell. Matthew 25:41, everlasting fire PREPARED (CREATED), for the devil and his angels. Revelation 20:9-10, the devil who deceived them (the wicked), was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night "forever and ever." The results of the fire and brimstone are forever. The devil and the wicked won't burn forever. They are forever through all eternity separated from God. What does the Bible say about speaking to the dead? One of many verses, Deuteronomy 18:10-12, "There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire (sacrifice to false gods), or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who CALLS UP THE DEAD. For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord." The spirits that people think are their relatives or loved ones are the spirits of devils masquerading themselves. If those spirits speak against God and His word, then people should know it is the devil trying to deceive them. Don't allow pastors, priests, ministers, this video, or even myself, tell you what the Bible says, especially on the subject of death. We must be like the Bereans of Acts 17:10-15 and search the Scriptures (for ourselves) daily to find out whether these things were so. The Bereans didn't take the words of Paul and Silas for it. The Bereans tested what the apostles said with Scripture. If Paul and Silas didn't speak according to Scripture, the Bereans would NOT HAVE ACCEPTED their word. There is so much more on the subject of death. You must study your Bible and ask God for guidance and knowledge to understand.

The sabbath was about rest. Not worship. Jesus plainly stated sabbath was made for the man, and not man for the sabbath. It ensured a day of rest to keep people from being over worked. That is why it is the pattern, not the specific day that matters. Further, Leviticus shows how one must keep the sabbath, and that includes stoning sabbath breakers. So those who simply worship on Saturday do not keep the sabbath any more than those who worship on Sunday because it is far more than about simply resting on that day.
God saw that a Sabbath was essential for man, even in Paradise. He needed to lay aside his own interests and pursuits for one day of the seven, that he might more fully contemplate the works of God and meditate upon His power and goodness. He needed a Sabbath to remind him more vividly of God and to awaken gratitude because all that he enjoyed and possessed came from the beneficent hand of the Creator.

This investigative judgment determines who of the myriads sleeping in the dust of the earth are worthy of a part in the first resurrection, and who of its living multitudes are worthy of translation (1 Peter 4:17, 18; Daniel 7:9, 10; Revelation 14:6, 7; Luke 20:35).

Christ was not our High Priest on the cross. He became our High Priest AFTER he ascended to heaven & entered the tabernacle not made by human hands. (Heb. 9:11)
Why is Christ our High Priest?
Hebrews 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

If reconciliation, by Jesus, was done at the cross, then why did Jesus NEED to become our High Priest to reconcile the sins of the people.
Look up the word reconciliation in the greek & you will see that it means “atone for sins”.
What happened at the cross?
Colossians 1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
Notice:
- made peace through the cross TO RECONCILE, meaning reconciliation was not done yet.
What needed peace?
The broken law required death; for the wages of sin is death.
Jesus death paid the death price, making peace with the broken law of God. The death part was covered. However, Christ became our High Priest TO MAKE RECONCILIATION FOR THE SINS OF THE PEOPLE.
People should go to the Old Testament & study what the High Priest did in the earthly tabernacle, leading up to the Day of Atonement because Christ, as our High Priest in the heavenly tabernacle is doing the same thing the earthly High Priest did. But Christ is working on a larger scale, leading up to a type of Day of Atonement that will come upon the earth, some call it the Day of Judgement.
So when Adventist say that atonement for sins was not done at the cross, it is very biblical. Because Christ, as our High Priest, is today ministering to make atonement for our sins in the heavenly tabernacle.
No he is not, His sacrifice at the Cross and shedding of blood 🩸 was the atonement. A lot of mental gymnastics you used to get to your point, so sad. Paul told us in the last days they will forbid you from eating meat, like the Seventh Day Adventists do… repent and learn of Christ! Everything in context…

William Miller was born Feb 1782 and died Dec 1849 and was an American Baptist Minister. 7th Day Adventist was founded on May 21, 1863, after his death. You clearly don't understand the earthly sanctuary spoken of in the book of Leviticus and the Heavenly Sanctuary spoken of in the book of Hebrews. Everything in the earthly sanctuary pointed to Jesus. There was one entrance (Jesus is the only way), the altar of sacrifice (Jesus crucified, the Lamb that was slain), the bronze laver (Jesus baptized). Into the Holy Place, you have the table of showbread (Jesus the Bread of Life), the altar of inscence (Jesus' prayers to the Father, intercedes for us), the 7 candlesticks or lampstand (Jesus the light of the world). The Most Holy Place had one piece of furniture, which was the Ark of the Covenant. Inside the Ark is the 10 Commandments, Aaron's rod that budded, and a pot of manna. On the top of the Ark was the mercy seat. The sinner would bring their sacrifice, putting their hand on the head of the sacrifice and symbolically transferring the sin to the sacrifice. The throat would be slit and the blood would be caught in a bowl. The priest would minister the blood. Once a year, the day of atonement, the high priest would take the blood into the Most Holy Place where the Ark of the Covenant was. Not only was Jesus the Lamb that was slain, He is also our High Priest. If you read Hebrews chapters 7-10, you would see how everything points to Jesus. Hebrews 7:25, Therefore Jesus is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God the Father through Jesus, since Jesus always lives to make intercession for them. Hebrews 8:6, But now Jesus has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as Jesus is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises. Hebrews 9:1-10, speak about the earthly sanctuary and the limitations of the earthly sanctuary. Hebrews 9:7, But into the second part (Most Holy Place), the high priest went alone once a year, not without blood, which he offered for himself and for the people's sins committed in ignorance... verse 9, it was symbolic for the present time. Hebrews 9:11-28, speak about the Heavenly Sanctuary, the Mediator's death necessary, and the greatness of Christ's sacrifice. Hebrews 9:11-12, But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. "Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own BLOOD He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption." As the earthly high priest would enter into the Most Holy Place with the blood of animals to make atonement for himself and the people, Jesus went into the Most Holy Place in the Heavenly Sanctuary with His own blood. Jesus was our sacrifice. Now He ministers His own blood for us in the Heavenly Sanctuary. I don't understand how people can't make the connection. There has to be a judgment before Jesus comes back. Revelation 22:12, I AM coming quickly, and My REWARD is with Me to give to everyone according to his work. Revelation 20:11-15, the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. What works will we be judged on? Revelation 14:12 "Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who KEEP the COMMANDMENTS of God and the faith of Jesus." We are not saved by works, only by the blood of Jesus. What Jesus did for us should want to push us to do what pleases Him and do good works.

When Jesus said this to Isaiah, Jesus had not yet come to be born, die or resurrect, so a Sunday sabbath was not even a thought when Jesus mentions Sabbath in the new heaven & new earth to Isaiah. The only “ONE SABBATH” that belonged to the LORD Jesus in the Old Testament is Saturday, 7th Day.

If those spirits speak against God and His word, then people should know it is the devil trying to deceive them. We must be like the Bereans of Acts 17:10-15 and search the Scriptures (for ourselves) daily to find out whether these things were so. The Bereans didn't take the words of Paul and Silas for it. The Bereans tested what the apostles said with Scripture. If Paul and Silas didn't speak according to Scripture, the Bereans would NOT HAVE ACCEPTED their word.
