    Good tip about the edge of the bag and keeping it dry. We always have a problem with that.

    Got a small ribeye roast as a gift didn't have a knife long enough so I cut it in half and then I cut it into steaks took a couple seasoned it put it in the air fryer the best steak I ever ate definitely buying the big roast and cutting them myself from now on

    Around how much money do you think you save compared to buying 4 packs of ribeye from Costco?

      Honestly, not much. For some reason Costco sells the blade tenderized meat cuts cheaper than these packers. I prefer to not have the tenderizing done, and this seems like the quickest way to buy their beef and have that option.
