Hi, that's a Sweet Zed at the end.
How much for you to make front floor pans for my VG valiant?
    I'm in SA also.

Couple of tips for next time. Your panel is only ever as good as your paper pattern so make it as accurate as you can when marking out swages & flanges ect. Don’t over stretch you panel before bead rolling, a couple runs over the area with a low crown die on your air hammer will be plenty. If it does pull in you can always planish to release tension. Like you said, it will be your business card so make it as neat and perfect as possible. Also on them floors I’m pretty sure where the body mount hole is it’s stepped down lower than the floor panel to sit flush on the chassis point

Thanx mate. I have to remake the body mount to sill panel yet as it is all rusted out.
So was going to worry about mounting position then.
I still have a few adjustments to make on the pan before I weld it in. I ran out of day so didn’t get that far.
For smaller sections I sometimes use masking tape as a pattern because I find it more accurate.
I am not to worried about the flor pan being exactly like the original as long as it looks tidy
This was actually the fist proper job I have done with the bead roller so as I get used to it
      It should get better

@@zedl28et yeah all good I know the panel wasn’t finished. I personally prefer paper patterns but everyone has different preferences. Yeah it takes a lot of practice to get nice neat beads. Making the beads out accurately and neatly as possible before hand makes a big difference
