Here it is the premiere episode of the Willys Wagon build. Hope you guys enjoy this one there will be a new episode uploaded here every week so be sure to stay tuned to catch them all.
KEVIN!!!! Ian and Kevin were always my two favorite guys on the Powerblock. Seeing them not only after all these years, but on the same show? Hell yeah!
These episodes are never long enough 😭 they could be 3 hours long and I'd still watch from start to finish!! Glad to see some new content from you bud. Even wait for this wagon series for a long while 👌👍
Hey Ian, Nice job on the floor pans. This shows you can make your own pans or patch panels and still have great results and save a few bucks at the same time, and not have to wait for parts to show up.
Don't you have a show on Prime as well? Which I can't find EITHER of them on the Canadian Prime ... which is rather Bogus ... what's Kevens show called (what do I look for?).
I’m absolutely no mechanic. Put gas in, change oil. I am amazed at your work. Wish I could do half of what you do. Thank you for sharing your awesome work!!!
Love your videos watch as many as I can. Would like to see a video on how to properly install ring and pinion in a Toyota 8” having a hard time finding a good one
Man Ian I love your channel you are super talented dude keep the videos coming can’t wait to see this thing finished, are you going to LS fest this year?
What's the reason for adding the Bead Rolls ... is it mainly aesthetics or is it strength as well? ... and ya! Too short ... we can handle a little more of ya!
I shoulda quit watching at the latte lounge, but I was stupid and hung in there till the plasma table. You ought to try welding like the rest of us; doing the best with what little got or can scrounge up. Fitzee's more my style.
I don't know if you've seen it, but there's a guy in Australia who combined a Hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee and a WIlly's wagon. His fab work is amazing. Check out "GoJeep" channel.

Cool! Your going to upload them? So us folks that don't have certain channels can see them to! .. awesome.
Of course

Many thanks! I have a lot going on, and to be honest I don't normally focus on the You Tube, but decided to let this next series live here as well
I really like what you did with the Willy's floor. I just might have inspired me with what to do with my Commando floor 👍🏻
What till you see what I do with the Comanche Floor

Cool, thanks
Great choice for the roof top, that will be awesome!

I’m absolutely no mechanic. Put gas in, change oil. I am amazed at your work. Wish I could do half of what you do. Thank you for sharing your awesome work!!!
You can do it! We all start somewhere, baby steps my friend
Big Tire Garage Hehe, I’m so short every step I take is baby step. Thank you for your inspiration!
Great would like to see longer vids thanks.
More to come!
Love the content and vehicles chosen. Editing in this is killer!

Love your videos watch as many as I can. Would like to see a video on how to properly install ring and pinion in a Toyota 8” having a hard time finding a good one
Noted! I don't have a Toyota in the short term planned but who knows
“it’s all downhill from here”😂
Hello
Love watching all the shows what hinges did you use for the tail gate thank you !
Incredible videos - thank you for sharing! When making sheet metal floors, what type of steel is used and how do you prevent the steel from rusting?
It is 18 Gauge Cold Rolled Steel.. and to prevent rust you coat it on bothe sides..
thank you - what are you coating it with to prevent rust? @@BigTireGarage
You can paint it...or you can use an epoxy sealer followed by undercoating or bed liner
Awesome !
Man Ian I love your channel you are super talented dude keep the videos coming can’t wait to see this thing finished, are you going to LS fest this year?
Not sure yet getting pretty booked up for the fall with finishing FourWheeler and going on Ultimate Adventure
The bead rolling really looks sharp. Does it add any strength to the panels once they are welded in place?
Watching you work is fucking insane! I wish your videos were hours long. I can watch this for hours on end.
Thanks for watching
CANADIANS EH 🇨🇦🧨🇨🇦
On the rocks! When you're a rock crawler, is there any other way? 😉
I like to mix it up...sometimes on the rocks...sometimes neat
dam wish i had the money .to have you build my jeep grand cherokee wj. I would love to get 54" tires under it .
That is A LOT of tire for that rig
You mentioned you’ve built about every type of Jeep. What do you think of the off-road potential of the Jeep Liberty or Patriot?
Not really my cup o tea....after this one I will be moving into Scouts and Land Rovers
@@BigTireGarage You need to expand your varieties of tea!!! :)
Did you finish welding the floor panels or is plug welding enough?
Plug welding and seam seali g is enough
@@BigTireGaragethank you. im working on a 51 chevy coe. Im moving the engine back under the seat and im going to make a new floor
More Kevin !!
Love working with Kevin...great guy!!
What's the reason for adding the Bead Rolls ... is it mainly aesthetics or is it strength as well? ... and ya! Too short ... we can handle a little more of ya!
Yes and yes....it adds style and also provides rigidity in the panel.
I shoulda quit watching at the latte lounge, but I was stupid and hung in there till the plasma table. You ought to try welding like the rest of us; doing the best with what little got or can scrounge up. Fitzee's more my style.
No one makes you watch...I worked long and hard to get the tools in my shop...
👍
What gate did you use?
Tailgate? its a chopped down gate from the willys
Sorry. Behind on viewing. You guys have already had snow? We have barely got below 85° here in Florida.
No weld through primer?
On what part? I have not hit anywhere that cannot be coated still...I use weld through primer when I will not be able to coat it after building
@@BigTireGarage I was referring to the panel where they overlap and are spot welded. How do you get paint in there if not using weld through?
Heh borrowed Kevin from Truck Tech ;)
I don't know if you've seen it, but there's a guy in Australia who combined a Hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee and a WIlly's wagon. His fab work is amazing. Check out "GoJeep" channel.
Hey bro I got a comb if you need it 😂
Nope I am good
You're making us wait 2 weeks for this?
Yes
Much better than Power Nation. More watchable especially without the girl, sorry her voice was like listening to nails on a chalk board.
