    Check your radio amplifier fuses. If replacing the fuse doesn’t work your fuse holder may be melted. You can reroute the melted fuse holder to a new external fuse holder.

    turn the car off let the radio stay on until it turns off on its own do not open car doors ... after it turns it's self off then turn it back on audio control should come back on

      If it doesn’t work check your amplifier and radio fuses... if it doesn’t work after replacing the fuse the fuse holder might be melted as well.

      This worked for us as well. We had to do it twice; the second time we also opened a door, and poof! It worked again! Thank you, amber!

      Thank you, Amber! This just worked for me! Weirdest thing ever! We’ve had the car brand new for 6 years now and never had this problem before. Super weird! Thank you!

      I have same issue, no sound from am fm sat hdd, nav aux have sound. vr and uconnect keep saying activating but never do. all this happened after an update. did you fix it.

      joel castro no I haven’t yet I was going to take it to the dealership to see if they could fix it but I looked into and I think I just need to buy a module idk though

    • @sr8shoota
      @sr8shoota 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yeah, i took it to the dealer and they said it could be a software update problem but it would be 140 for a daignostic and they could update through usb but i heard that is not possible on the rer raid. so the only way to fix is to update it but cant cause u need the disk drive which does not read anything. they also said if u need a new radio it is 1500. bullshit

    • @UnknownGPU
      @UnknownGPU 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      denton fugere its most likely the amplifier or radio fuse melted.... I had this issue and dodge said my “amplifier fuse and fuse holder” melted completely in the trunk.
