Y'all owe this game an apology.
tbf i was pretty sick the futuristic crap after bo3 but yeah ill go slap 11yo me
@@JoseFlores-yn7om Good.
Me though, I'm a sucker for sci-fi tech.
Still one of the best campaigns
Truth
this game was and still is one of my favorite cod games dont get me wrong bo1 and 2 are good so are moderne warfare the old ones atleast good game like them but this is the one i played the most fucking love it
This game did always have some nice animations. I liked zombies as well, despite it's flaws.
its*
What flaws?
@@RevampReborn story and map design mainly.
man Ghosts and IW animations were so stylish
Ghosts needs an open world coop sequel, best game in the franchise despite its flaws, and its animations… well… just look up the mistakes theres plenty of bad ones. Im pretty sure somewhere in the code they accidentally swapped the bizon with the vepr.
@@Lord_Grungusnah man ghost’s is still really weak, it had genuine flaws other then just bad press like IW. Ghosts had weird TTK and the maps were too big for the playercount
@@Viper-dz2kw as flawed as ghosts is, it deserves a second chance. Id argue even that while the the writing is corny, the story is much more believable than most other cods. The game really stands out and despite all its drawbacks it brought a lot of new things to the table. If those problems were fixed (more populated maps, gun mistakes fixed, better dialogue, etc) it would be the series strongest entry.
@@Lord_Grungusbut aren’t these pretty strong flaws reasons why it wouldn’t be the strongest? None of the others cods have these issues. It had an interesting plot but it was just not a very good cod game
@@Viper-dz2kw its execution was poor, but it had the right idea
This game will, unfortunately, go down as that one CoD game that everyone hated at release, but its reception has gotten better in recent years.
Reminds me of those older Killzone games for some reason. The sounds and very cool guns.
Because the standards have gone down the fucking drain for all cod games past mw 2019
@@cabnbeeschurgr6440 IW is legitimately my favorite in the series. But that’s just because it’s just a worse Titanfall 2.
@@better-shotgun1686 not really? The only similarity would be their advanced mobility was nearly identical but that’s it.
@@Birtheater4545
1. Released in 2016
2. Flopped at launch
3. Have become more popular in recent years
4. Both have abilities that carry charge through death. (Titans and payloads)
5. Both have robot people
6. Both have a main character that is attached to a robot that eventually dies
7. Both main characters are promoted when a higher ranking person dies
8. Both series released a Battle Royales in 2019
9. Both games will never get a sequel due to other games having more success
Bruh I loved this game’s weapons so much, you got me fucked up not including the weird duel wielding sub machine gun tho
The Energy-Based weapons are Most Definitely my favorites here
The ONI’s reload has Black Ops M1911 sounds😎
Very cool weapon designs. Just for reference, we got starfield few years down the line, and we all know how the weapons there turned out.
i just want dumb ass Bethesa release creation kit to port all these weapon
It's interesting how much this games weapons stylistically are in animation and model design reminiscent of what Cyberpunk 2077 would later go on to make for their game.
It’s pretty cool call back naming the Intervention looking sniper rifle the TF-141.
I like the guns, though the M1 Garand makes me angry because I can't reload it mid-clip despite the fact that the DMR-1 is a Garand that can be reloaded mid-clip.
This game did one thing really cool that I recognized when I played it, and that’s that a lot of the guns look like movie props, real firearms that had been modified just enough to look futuristic. It really added to the blockbuster feel call of duty goes for, it felt like you were in a sci fi film
Modern warfare 3 trynna become this game all of a sudden 😂
For real. Cause look at the graphics. They typically look same just like mw2022 tho
Same studio/different devs?!.😅😢😮
@@knrz2562 nope.
Infinity ward created infinite warfare, modern warfare 2 and 3
And while mw3. Slegehammer games and infinity ward created mw3 at the same time
While iw & mw2. It was only made by infinity ward and it’s still has the same graphics
@@DreamLolHand how about the other developers and publishers?!.
@@knrz2562 bro, the developers is infinity is on iw, mw2, and mw3 and the developers in mw3 is still infinity ward and slegehammer games were added to it, cause both of them were developing mw3 at the same time. And the publisher is activision in 3 games
Mw2, and Mw3 seems to be rushed
i fucking love the artstyle of this game so much dude
Perhaps we treated you too harshly
They completely forgot on 5 of the guns have different modes type 2 splits in to 2 pistols, the rvn turns in electro knuckles, the rpr evo can switch between smg and ar the ebr 800 switches between dmr and ar, and the proteus is a sniper and a shotgun
The oni sounds like the bo1 m1911 reload
G-RAIL sounded like some air conditioning beep when fully charged
this game and ghosts were so much fun. idc what anybody says i enjoyed my time playing them
The reload sound effects for the ONI (0:46) is almost the same as the M1911 from BO1
I belive it's the same sound file
@@ivanthehunter3530 looking back, It’s the exact same. You are correct
@@ivanthehunter3530that’s a good catch, didn’t know they traded stuff between dev teams like that
and the halo sniper rifle lol
Some reload animations and sound effects were reused in cod ghosts just like aw tho.
Lol remember CoDs been reusing the same animations since Cod 1 & 4 up until Ghosts or AW so its nothing new
@@revenant4252yep.
Ok here’s the history
Activision keeps reusing reload animation
Here’s the example:
From Cod 4 (2007) to Mw2 remastered (2020)
They have a origin ak47 reload animation right? Later in mw2r on year 2020. It’s a new 2020s decade and they still fucking reusing it. I don’t know why they do that. It’s like. 13 years later and they still reusing that old reload animation but honestly who cares? Atleast that reload is so satisfying to hear and they made it more satisfying in newer cod games for those cod that some cod reuses it. Cause the sound and reload animations is satisfying and it’s so legend to see it anyway. A legendary reload, They also did the same thing to Dragunov also, and other weapons too
They've always re-used stuff, common among developers. Given the short development cycles, its probably a necessity. That said, i was never bothered by it much, as its only minor things like a weapon or two or a few animations.
So what?
@@dantauche7917 did I ask for you? Don’t ask me, Ask nobody
I kinda like the Longbow's design. Especially the charging handle being incorporated into the grip.😊
I didn't know they named the spas 12 after Sandy Ravage in that game, thats pretty dang cool
2:22 Elysium's AKM
They should add a volk conversion kit aftermarket part for the ak in mw3
This game is so epic
0:38 Bet we won't hear their rival's song huh?
Still think AW is the best futuristic multiplayer cod we got I can see bo3 being tied with it but the movement in AW was just so good the guns were fucking awesome I think the fuel jetpacks was where it all went wrong
Anyone else notice the ONI at 11:29 has the Halo:CE Sniper reload sound effect?
This game's weapons have good sounds and designs
U forgot the udm pistol thx for the vid tho.
Literally has the smoothest animations of any COD to date. Just slick like butter, even when they're not the fanciest, just pure quality
These are so fucking cool
Aaahhhhh good times 🍸🗿
If the creators were more honest, all the weapons "variants" with special effects and stuff could have actually been loved by the community if the crates we got then from were earned in some way rather then bought. PLUS on the PR side of things this would have given players more of an insentive to play rather then it of course turning into the most play to win feature in cod history imo
NGL this game looks and sounds pretty good. It came out at the wrong time though, could’ve stood a chance if came out around now
Next: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 2023 vs Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Weapons Comparison
Infinite Warfare’s campaign is still one of my favorites, though I do wish they didn’t make the SDF comically evil.
You know modern gaming has gone downhill when IW Is remembered a fondly as it is
I was just playing this, love this game
Kinda want a sequel for IW
i kinda miss playing iw tbh
What the hell are the energy weapons even firing. Like it ain’t lasers or plasma and electric rounds doesn’t make sense for something standard issue.
This game would have been received far differently if it had been released at a different time
Bite me, but this is actually one of my favorites in the COD series, and a title that I feel was way overhated.
I always like it as well. LOVED the futuristic guns
@@dantauche7917 Indeed, it had some really cool ones.
Granted, some of them were DLC guns, and locked behind the better variants, but even still. I especially liked the double barrel MP5, the shotgun-sniper hybrid, and Eraser weapon. :)
one of my favorites as well, but multiplayer on the other hand is straight up ass.
@@kusogakivirus3787 Eh, I didn’t think the multiplayer was all that bad. Just average, when the setting could’ve made it be much better.
Think; a mode where you fight other players in the Jackal fighters. That would’ve been awesome. ;)
@@ldragon2515
Instead of that, they should add game mod like BF MP, it will be pure chaos with all the vehicle IW give to us.
Just imagine someone do 100 KS and get the olympus cannon. That would be epic.
Yall dissed this game too hard back in the day.
I still love you after all these years Infinite warfare
Why not show of the alternate fire of the weapons that had
Ah yes justice at least
Stallion .44 is the best revolver in video games
these guns are so much better than starfield's... and by a long shot
I always thought they should have made some guns like the NV4 and Volk look more futuristic rather than attaching a bunch of wires and batteries then call it a day.
6:36
You sir, are a chad.
A game that is severely hated by the people back then
bro didnt showcase the 2nd weapon modes of some weapons
Honestly never understood why anyone hated this game, campaign was great, zombies was one of the most memorable ones I've played, and multiplayer was fun overall.
Make call of duty 2 hctm all weapons
Lot of high tech weaponry and yet the Garand is still around for some reason.
なんかサイバーパンク味を感じる
I’m gonna be real with you guys, IW was better than BO3 for me.
Campaign: HUGE improvement.
Zombies: While not as serious or in-depth as Treyarch zombies, it was still a nice comedic twist on it.
Multiplayer: I wasn’t a fan of the specialists in BO3 (and I still wasn’t a fan of the rigs in IW), but at least most of the new weapons were achievable through challenges and not supply drops.
Also, IDK if it’s just me, but one of the main things I liked more was that it felt more military-esque compared to BO3. BO3 was all over the place and while I understand why people prefer the more vibrant feel of BO3, I, personally, don’t vibe with it. Yes, IW was in space (which was a bit weird for CoD), but at least it was able keep some of that militaristic atmosphere that past CoDs had.
Sniper shootgun? what the hell is that"
This game from hated to loved
The M1 Garand and trencher look very very basic
Infinite Warfare is INFINITELY better than the new MW2.
this game makes the newests cods guns look soulless
IW ages like a fine wine.
While MW3 has a shelf life of approx. 1 year
perhaps we treated this game too harshly
better than new mw3
cod invisible walls everywhere
Gun sounds are much better than CoD WWII, CoD BOCW, and CoD Vanguard combined.
Reminder: Infinite Warfare recieved a lot of dislikes on TH-cam trailer video
Can you guess why?
Battlefield fanboys and future setting fatigue.
Shame, as it really didn’t deserve the hate.
3 future cod in rows
i dont get why, i guess they did not like sci fi.
@@arkgaharandan5881it was because the COD fanbase was sick of futuristic games
The ONI reload sounds suspiciously like the Halo sniper rifle reload.
I thought it was star wars😂😂😂
The game did sci fi weapons better than starfield, too bad they are now stuck on this game and most of them are mp an no one plays mp.
Top3 worst cod.
I still prefer the CoD:MW 2019 reload style, but I love the precision on display with these. I know the animators had fun making these, lol
this game would've been better standalone , if it was i'd play it and considered it as a niche bootleg Titanfall
