i’m not sure if koraidon and miraidon will use wormholes as time travel but it is more than likely that they have a link in some way with time travel. since koraidon seems to be from the past and miraidon from the future, i believe that it’s possible that the third legendary or a mythical in the region will be the ‘modern day’ version of this pokemon. this is also backed up by the fact that koraidon’s body looks like that it is made from some kind of stone, whilst miraidon’s body has a resemblance to crystals. the possible ‘modern day’ or original form more than likely possesses the power of these 2 stones/ crystals. this may also link to terastalisation as when a pokemon is terastalised, there is a small face towards the bottom of the hats that they have. this would imply that there is a special pokemon, who possibly controls terastalisation and can also bend the fabric of reality to time travel, sending parts of itself to the past and the future. why it would do this, im not sure though. edit: btw if anyone reads this and has more to add to this, please reply cos i really want to know more about this kind of thing
It is probably best to look at Celebi for that answer as they probably have some relation with the guardian of the forests. Celebi doesn't exactly open a wormhole when she time travels and we have seen temporal rifts in the anime before.

"Exotic matter" is actually decently close to the truth about Giratina. There have been interviews with game devs, and they've identified Giratina as relating to anti-matter. It's very interesting stuff.
Well no the games call it Anti Matter in the interviews it isn't truely Anti Matter based on the interviews Giratina is more embodies Opposite or Reverse or the Anti to Reality and Antimatter is just a easy way of saying it

Well in gen 9 the time travel spots are localized. In Legends Arceus its random areas that get hit with the distortions. For comparison Gen 5 had the Opelucid city time communication side quest. It's very very localized.
Its a very good video, but you forgot a couple of things: in pokemon hg/ss , Cynthia says that Giratina rules over antimatter. In the theories of the origin of the universe , scientists say that matter and antimatter should have been created in equal amount, but for some reason, matter is everywhere and antimatter is very , very rare. There are theories that say that when our universe was created, another universe made of antimatter was also created. Mega stones are just powered up evolution stones that evolve pokemon that should be is their last stage of evolution. Eevee pokedex says that evo stones are radioactive , so mega stones are stones that are even more radioactive and change the pokemon´s dna, basically giving them a genetic disease that coulld kill them if the pokemon werent able to cure themselves. Mega glalie broke its jaw, scizor can melt its own body... most of these pokemon are in pain. Mohn also went throug a wormhole and had his memory erased. You also forgot to mention hoopa´s rings.
You forgot to mention the Entralink and the Entratree which does have the ability to connect to other dimensions and has a direct connection to the dream world. This makes sense because the dream world is not within the confines of time and space and therefore people can theoretically use it to time travel or to travel into other waking dimensions. We see an aspect of Darkrai do this in the mystery dungeon games. As for mega evolution the potential negative side effects is likely due to all the trapped souls of that given species which were erased when the ultimate weapon fired. Mega stones after all are the pokemon world's version of philosopher stones.

The missions you can take to help the tree grow and gain rewards does take you into different dimensions, some of which changes your form to fit the mission. The animation in the opening of Black and White show this in part where the player character is walking through a dimensional barrier. The dream woods also found by the tree is where pokemon from the dream world when that function was available would appear, and Unova is notable for looking into the dream world. The downloadable Dream Radar game does indeed relate to the dream world as well. It is how we know that the forces of nature are actually residents of the dream world.
Hey Captain Fidget i thought of something in legends Arceus cogita said that there are countless realms beyond the space time rife do you think we'll see more of these realms in future games? Also one thing I would love to explore in Pokemon is outer space and see new space Pokemon and other intelligent life in Pokemon on other planets.

The animation for Mega Evolution might just be a flashy animation. In the anime, the process of Mega Evolution seems to be more like digivolving from Digimon and the darker aspects of the process is due to the bond between trainer and Pokémon not being sufficiently strong enough and the increased energy from the process requires a sufficiently strong bond in order for the Pokémon to maintain their sense of self and not experience pain from the process while in their Mega evolved state. Just look at Korrina’s Lucario when it Mega Evolves for the first time compared to when the two of them mastered the Mega evolved form.

Not really because if he was antimatter then he wouldn't be able to exist in the main reality. I think he is dark matter/energy because that fits with his role as the cosmic handyman as seen in the Giratina movie. Cynthia can be wrong and it is impressive that she was able to find Giratina's name to begin with.
