    I just wanted to say that who ever is reading this is amazing, beautiful, kind, and a wonderful person and nothing can stop you. (Not even COVID-19) Don’t be stressed and just forget about everything and take time for yourself and fall asleep. Like or reply of you are stressed about going back to school or are already back to school.

    I meditated for a bit then I put this on when I laid down. I slept for 7 hours. Normally, I wake up every 2-3 hours due to anxiety and stress. This helped. Thank you.

    This is the first one that actually worked, I'm amazed.
    Normally the short ones make me anxious because I don't want it to end before I fall asleep.

      I’m currently a 7th grader and I’m suffering with depression and insomnia I’m miserable I’m not doing ok in fact I keep getting worse it’s 7am right now

      How do know they don’t? Choose your words wisely when spreading the good word! Please don’t push more ppl away! To a true Christian follower, God is in everything. He was already in this peaceful meditation!
      Unless, they have a different belief, & then whatever they interpret as “God” will be there as well.
      While there are parts of the Bible that are peaceful, it can certainly get dark, violent, & depressing in some chapters. It’s not exactly the most peaceful book to read before bed anyway. Palms is pretty peaceful & my go-to chapters for relaxation, but I can’t get myself to get into the dark stuff. If God wanted me to read that at this moment in time, He’d guide me to it, but He leads me elsewhere b/c He knows what’s best for me.
      It’s a challenging read too that not everyone can understand properly! My whole point is that you can’t just push Bible reading on ppl, it WILL come to them when the time is right, IF it is right for them. There are other religions out there. Each person will be guided to what is right for them & you must let it go & trust in the process.

      We just have to be careful this day in age not to push more ppl away from knowing God. I’m not telling you not to spread the good word. Just please be careful about how you do it. You can lose more ppl than you realize b/c a lot of them are tired already. If that makes sense.
      They’re supposed to see how happy & peaceful we are & want that for themselves.
      Jumping in on ppl with an attitude that they are doing something wrong, will only close their ears/eyes more.
      “You can catch more bees with honey.” 🙏
      I also wasn’t trying to tell you that you were wrong. Please don’t take it that way. This is just my two cents b/c of what I see all over the Internet & in the real world. When Christians push, ppl run the opposite direction, away from God.

    I truly never fell asleep this fast. I have DSPS (delayed sleep phase syndrome) and nothing helps. But I listened to this and I fell so fast asleep I couldn't even tell how fast, I am amazed by this meditation. I'll try again right now!

      If you feel anxious also other technologies to help is to inside your head thinking send up to the universe all my anxieties, fears and worries and dissolve them with love and light ,thank you', repeat this 3 times or more it may take a day a week a month but one day you will notice a difference, also certain crystals helps ie,rose quartz,sodalite,amethyst and many more,alot of the time we feel anxiety because others are having negative thoughts about us,I discovered this being telepathic hearing others thoughts then feeling anxiety I used the above and eventually it went.,even though people smile at you they thinking differently inside their mind . Strive for feelings of happiness all day long. Go out in nature everyday mainly where tree's are they suck up everything negative whether an illness ,thoughts or anxiety. Eat organic foods ,try not to use technology as anxiety is a symptom of radiation poisoning which with majority around the world functioning all day with this in-organic material object we will experience symptoms of ill health plus WiFi and smart meters are one of the causes for the boom in cancer rates especially brain and cervical cance. Take organic chlorella it removes all radiation and cancer from the body plus fights fatigue which alot are struggling with,well almost everyone in the u.k. is and they don't see the cause ,there are many contributing factors involved with our modern day dis-functioning. We need our old traditional ways to resurface to help us heal,they have been list hence we have become lost within ourselves forgetting how to live right and many wonder why they are sick. We are not designed for this modern day life that is being forced on us and is anyone truly happy ?,even celebrities and the very wealthy in search for more meaning and on the pursuit for health and happiness. No matter who your God is we are all made organic how our creator created us ,put anything else into your system you will feel unpleasant effects whether anxiety, cancer,fatigue,heart issues and so on.

    Your videos helped me fall asleep whilst i was coping with severe anxiety and depression.
    Of all the great guided meditation videos you've produced or i've ever heard in TH-cam, this is my favourite one, it never gets old. the sounds are well incorporated with the gentle, nicely sound, well articulated voice. I wish the same production was prolonged for hours. The subtile sound of the rain in the end combined with the relaxing sound is the cherry on the cake 🙌 You have the perfect voice for this.

    This is amazing❤️. I’ve struggles with sleep all my life, due to a highly active mind. I’ve never been able to fall asleep within short time, until i started using this. I fall asleep before the twenty minutes have past, often even before the guided part of it! It’s absolutely crazy! I’m forever grateful❤️

    I could write a book about all the things that have happened to me since childhood. Depression and anxiety have plagued most of my existence. I always heard about meditation and never tried it. I was at the library not long ago browsing for books...somehow my hands started to pull out books from a section I never intended to read about. I found a wonderful book about meditation and thought it was a sign from God since He knew how far I had gotten into my mental instability. This happened about 2 months ago. My headaches have stopped, Im no longer suffering from mental foggyness. I look forward to the meditations every morning and before bed. Im still working on the insomnia part. Thankyou, from the bottom of my anxious heart.

    Suffering from PTSD after a incident which happened at the beginning of the year can make it near impossible to sleep sometimes. However since a recommendation from my counsellor, I listen to your videos every night now and I am normally asleep within 10-20 mins! So amazing, thank you so much.

    UPDATE: I started to listen to this when I could hardly sleep and it took me FOREVER to do so. FAST Forward 3 years, and for over a year all I have to do is the breathing I learned here (with the nose) I do it 2 times, yawning each time and just allow my mind to relax and see whatever flashes in it and keep it at that pic and I am OUT EACH AND EVERY TIME!! WOOHOO!! Now to get my sleep from 5 to 6 hours a night (if I wake up I go right back to sleep now!) to 7 hours a night. YEAH AND TY TY TY TY!

      I like the videos that are around 30 minutes or less. Longer, particularly several hours long ones, wake you up after you fall asleep. The breathing technique alone in this video is enough to put me to sleep. I am usually gone in the first few minutes. This is also the best voice out there.

    It's currently 3:30am and I find myself coming back to this whenever I can't sleep and I've been doing that since the day this was uploaded. I'm so grateful for these videos, they help me so much. I fall asleep within 10 minutes of this.
    I just wish your videos were made into an app so I could lock my phone while I sleep and listen.

    I did the half hour sleep mediatation with this guys last night and I can’t remember it finishing til I woke up half an hour later to find headphones still in 🤣🤣, took them out then went straight back sleep , checked my watch in the morning and actually had two hours deep sleep most in over a couple of years ! Normally I get 45 deep sleep , ready for my next installment now !

    I, too have left a messages on this thread. It's so TOTALLY Changed how fast I fall asleep, but it helps me with peace of mind thru the night!! My fitbit score has gone from 63 to 66 to 81!! WOOHOO and TY TY TY I had at first listened to this for months as I fell asleep. Now all I have to do is the nose breathing thing and 93% of the time I am RIGHT OUT to sleep!! now I might struggle 2 times a month. THAT's ALL!!! LOVE IT!

    I have really bad insomnia and paranoia, I also normally get really bad nightmares and sleep paralysis.
