@@CaptainAMAZINGGG same here. I was like running last minute for my mom to drive me to school because of her show. I must have been 15 or 16 ish. in my 50's now and still enjoying a nice denise austin vid. We just need more pronto before she eventually starts to show some age.

Denise was a beginning instructor at the Capitol Courts fitness facility in northern Virginia when I was just learning the importance of exercise, fitness, a nutritional diet. I was mid 30s then; I'm more than twice that now and eating healthy and staying fit are still a major part of my life.

It's awesome reading how many others started Denise Austin's workouts in high school and still do them today! I started around age 16 and now I'm 35. She's not just for older audiences. I think I have her power yoga, yoga abs & a few others memorized! Love Denise's workouts! Please, keep them coming- even the 5 minute morning wake up/fast and fit/etc.!
