My results!!!
From Nov. 7-Dec. 1, 2023
From 58.3 kg to 56.8 kg
I lost 1.5 kg!!! 😊 (23 years old, female)
I've been doing the exercises in this video on September occasionally but I stopped on October. This November I made it my goal to do this or other strength training videos 2x a week but I only mostly did this video 😂. I used 3lb weights but there was a day that I didn't use any.
I started on November 7 and now December 1 is the end of my 4th week. (I missed 1 day because I was not feeling well).
Of course, I did watch what I eat and tried to eat healthier and less than what I normally eat. Still, none of the exercises I tried so far got me results like this.
“ If you don’t squeeze it, no one else will!” Denise has jokes🤣I love her energy!
I have been following your exercises since I was 8, my mom and I would play your Baby Boomer exercise video from CD twice a week. When I found out that you have a TH-cam channel, I am so happy! It gave me the motivation to exercise again after 4 years of sedentary living, and now I am doing your 10 minute series on a daily basis. Hi Laura! What weights do you use? Is this lesson also for men? I am a man and did this lesson but it was just brutal! I could manage only with 1 lb dumbbells but lasted only like 7 minutes and gave up when my arms just stopped 😢 I feel low and unconfident and lost for what to do!

Love these 10 minute workouts. But I have knee pain when I do those lunges. No problem raising my knee, but taking my foot back, bending and putting weight on the knee is painful. Is there an alternative? The only alternative you mention in the video has to do with raising the knee. It’s the lunge part my knees won’t do. Thanks!

I have always wondered what Denise Austin would look like when she aged. It turns out she looks just like the rest of us in spite of all her exercising. Exercising does help but she is a little saggy, baggy, and frumpy like the rest of us mortals. Thank you for the view of you as a regular normal woman. You look just fine. Just goes to show exercise can't stop the aging process but it helps slow it down
Horrible, rude comment. Frumpy? Speak for yourself. Denise is in her mid sixties and looks 10 years younger. Have you seen the average senior? They don’t look like her.
