Those two rubber green stop pads on those two pedal sensors are also a common problem as time goes on they will fall apart like they did on my Supra and left my brake lights on one time. I replaced it with a nickel and some epoxy and never will have that rubber pad fall apart again.
I think I’m having this problem. For a few months my car has been bogging, hesitating, low acceleration. Whatever you want to call it. I had it. But now, my car won’t even go even in gear and doesn’t stall in gear. My clutch also had a squeaky noise prior to all this now it doesn’t squeal but makes a different noise when i clutch in. Is this the video that will help me fix my issue ?
What a coincidence that you upload this video right when I'm about to do mine. Thanks for the advice
Haha awesome! Youre welcome!
dunno if you frequent the is300 forums.. there's a clutch dampening delete that really makes the clutch more direct
Yeah you can use a simple union that's like $5 at the auto store. I dont mind the way it feels

Was the squeak audible outside of the car? Mine is, and I'm hoping it's this, and not the clutch fork on the pivot ball.
no, you could clearly hear that it was the pedal
Part number for the spring bushing?
Hey I did both plastic bushings but still hear the squeaky sound
Do you know where I can get new bushings? I made an order with lexusparts but they said it’s discontinued and they no longer have it.
looks like everything is here www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/lexus-pedal-sub-assy-clutch~31301-53050.html
@@PoorManMods Yea they canceled the order made with them. I was able to find them somewhere else though. Thanks a bunch!
Is this applicable to sc300’s too ?
I have no idear
How come you have drapes in the car?
Because I can
Ive had some squeaky clutch pedals before
If this was in the supra, replacing the bushings would have made the tail lights to stop working or make the wipers stay on forever
@@PoorManMods EDM WIPERS!!!
Hahahaha
Oodles-n-phucking noodles of FuN! Sounds about accurate.
Hahahaha
This was a pain in the ass
Yes it was but worth it!
Buy an IS300 they said, it will be great they said..... 240SX problems they ment....
The is300 is the best car I've ever owned haha, hence why I want another lexus
@@PoorManMods yeah its pretty sweet. I did drive it.

@@PoorManMods I was hoping it wouldn't be this involved, but whatever lol.
I ordered those 4 parts last night.
Good luck!
You’ve got a sand blaster. Why didn’t you take care of that rust and repaint it to reseal it.
Sand blaster is at my house which is 20 mins from my shop, I'm not walking that far!
