Just seen your channel for the first time and so sorry for your loss I really am 😌😌 Great Enfield and I love that colour the halycon Grey!! Great bit of chat and Worthing, that’s a lovely place, I’ve been there a few times for work. Look forward to seeing your new machine.. I was going to say that my BSA Goldstar has a soft clutch but too late ⏰ You can always go and stop at a hostel whilst biking also 😊😊😊 Have a great day All the best phil
Thanks Phil - I appreciate your comments especially about my brother - means a lot. I've lost my mojo a bit but I guess that's to be expected. Bike is running well and summer is definitely here so I really need to get back out there. Cheers. Nick
G’day Nick, sorry to hear about your hand letting you down. But you’ll keep riding for sure.. where there’s a will there’s a way Look forward to seeing your new bike . All the best from Aussie Land 👍🍻
Thanks and for sure I will find a way! I've ridden from Sydney up towards Brisbane some years ago on a Harley that I hired - loved it.Would like more time and money to ride and see more over there! All the best
Oh man, so sorry to hear this. Gettin' old sure does suck - especially if you're an active person. Hoping for the best with whatever route you go, surgery-wise. And maybe the wife is right - keep it for a while to be sure. Please keep us informed on your progress. Don't give in mate! We're pulling for you. Ride Safe 🙏🏼 Scott
Thanks Scott - your kind words are really appreciated. It's so frustrating in that I work out regularly, am super active all the time and boom - Dupuytren's Contracture! Thankfully I'm absolutely fine with slipper type clutches so I can keep going! Hopefully everyone will like the new bike and the adventures I have planned. Cheers. Nick
Beautiful bike mate. I’m currently trying to sell my Honda transalp 650 so I can buy one. Sports injuries means my off road days are over so I’m after one of these to keep me on 2 wheels. 😊
Thanks and much appreciated. I've just put it up for sale on ebay if you are interested. My Duputrens Contracture /arthritis is getting worse and I can only manage am hour on the road now so sadly it has to go. I'm gutted but I need to go for an automatic or maybe something with a slipper clutch. Thanks again
I actually ordered the Recluse from the States. Fitted it - made no /little difference so sent it back. The owner was super nice and refunded everything. I think the clutch plates are real old school! Interestingly I reckon with an aging population that Dupuytren's aside, things like arthritis will affect people's ability to ride. I read on the Honda NC750X forum that lots of people chose that bike because of that etc. I'm really gutted to be honest as I love this bike but I just have to move on and try and be greatful for still being able to ride. Thanks for your comments. Cheers
Thanks for the suggestion. I did go to a Honda dealer a couple of weeks ago and they had two in red. The clutch is very light for sure but the looks just don't work for me. I think it's the angled frame and tank set-up. Appreciate your support. Cheers

@@thesussexrider I’m financially stuck I’m afraid until the Hondas gone
But thanks I’ll check it out
I wonder if they do a Reckluse clutch for the 350? They do one for the 650's. Only use the clutch lever for starting off then.

Hope the rest of the year turns out better for you ☹
Thank you
The new Honda CL 500 has a featherlight power assist clutch…one finger jobby apparently!…plus it’s fairly retro looking if you squint hard enough!..👍😎

@@thesussexrider…….may be this? 👍🤷♂️👍
Benelli Imperiale 400?
so did you get your new bike?
Thanks for asking - I'm waiting for a certain make and model to be launched this year! As soon as it's available I'll let everyone know. Cheers. Nick
