Meri c section dilivery hui hai dii abhi mere tanke shi nhi hue to mai nhi kr skti abhi koi bhi exercise nd meri body to phle ki trh ho gyi h bs ghtno aur ediyon me pain h so mai 3 month bad try krungi.
This is not fir c section, c section k liye koi bhi exercises gyne ke observation me krni chahiye, c sec me tummy kafi had tha apne ap hi kam ho jata hai, isliye dr workout suggest hi nhi karte hain. Just take proper rest for core strength. 🌸
C sec me core strength bht important hota hai, 8 weeks ke bad Dr ke recommendation par ap exercise start kr sakti hain, basic stretching is good, but dr ke advice ke sath hi kuchh bhi start karen, ghar kar kam ho kafi ho jate hain..🌸

Yes you can, but do normal household work too, also use belt.
