Guys, this actually works… When I read the comments on this video which claimed that they went into labour after practising this workout routine, I thought that’s just coincidence May be. But I did this workout anyway for 3 continuous days. End of day 3 I went into labour… I think a lot of factors play a role, I was active throughout my pregnancy, but I cannot ignore the possibility that this workout may have a role to play in inducing my labour. I delivered a healthy baby boy, through natural delivery. Good luck to all mamas out there 🤗

Came across this video last night,and did the exercises around 7pm, clean up around the house a bit,and took a shower around 9pm, couldn't fall asleep,so I stayed up watching TV till 2am, got to bed and started to feel cramps,but nothing too painful,as I was adjusting myself to be more comfortable in bed,my water broke...went to the hospital around 4 -30 am,and delivered baby girl at 11.44am...thank you so much for this video...😘
I had a membrane sweep at 41 weeks and unmedicated vaginal delivery. I started practicing these exercises everyday along with the Miles Circuit at about 39w5d. The last couple of days I started doing it every 3 hours. Although it didn’t induce my labor, i strongly believe these exercises helped me have a quick and smooth birth experience with one minor MINOR tear (not even enough to be considered 1 degree). When my membrane was swept I was 3cm. Right after, I was in early labor from about 3pm to 10pm. I got to the hospital sometime after 11pm and was 6cm and 80% eff. I had my daughter 3:50am. I only pushed twice in less than a minute and she was born! The only pain I felt after delivery was just from the natural contractions of the uterus going back down. No vaginal pain at all! Even if this does not induce your labor, it can definitely help your birth experience and recovery be a smooth one! Thank you so much for creating this video 🩷
I wasn’t dilated at all on Friday afternoon, so I tried this video that night. Repeated the video twice on both Saturday and Sunday. By Monday morning I was 3 centimeters dilated and 75% effaced. My water broke on Monday evening, and labor was only 2.5 hours. I thank God for leading me to this video, as I was 40 + 1, and was terrified of being induced.

Combined this exercise with another. Did once a day for 3 days at 38weeks. Got to hospital at 3PM 6cm dilated. Gave birth at 5PM. No tears, no intense pain, gave birth to my 8.5 pounds baby.

thanks for this exercise. i was 38 weeks and 2 days and did this 4x in 2 days. At night of the 2nd day, i gave birth to my baby boy. Godspeed to you and to all mommas out there! ♥️

It would be selfish of me if I don’t drop a review. I started this exercise on Wednesday at 40+2 weeks (morning and night) and my little champ came in on Friday after just 3hrs of labor. This exercise doesn’t only help you induce labor, it also speeds it up. Love from Nigeria 🇳🇬 ❤️

Okay y'all this is crazyyy cause this literally worked!!! I did this video at 11:30 in the afternoon and my water broke at midnight that night!!! (I also went for a 40 min walk that night too) Baby boy was born on 9/11/24 at 38+1 Weeks 🩵 Thank you so much for this video 😊
Currently 37 weeks with baby #4! I am at a 2 and 70%. I did these stretches, yoga, and ball exercises with my last baby and it was a very fast labor at 38 weeks. I definitely think preparing your body and pelvis helps things go quickly and smoothly! I'd also recommend practicing some meditation and breathing exercises. In the nose for 5, out the mouth for 6 was the #1 tool that helped me have an unmedicated birth with baby #3! We've got this ladies! It's what we're made for! Our bodies are amazing!

38+3, baby girl #3, been working out through half my pregnancy. But started the inducing videos at 37weeks. Started this one yesterday 3x and finished day with the yoga ball one. Did this one 2x today. Been at a 1cm, 40%effaced for a week now. God knows her birthday, I just want to be in good shape when it comes. Bless all you mama's! Been doing this 3x a day and day 2 started contractions from 3pm-3am from 3-30 Mins apart then woke up with nothing. Doing this again day 3 so well see. God's the one in control not me but I'm hoping this encourages her. Baby girl #3

Hi Liel! Came back to say that I was 40 w +4 , doctor was eager to induce, no contractions been felt until then. I did these exercises and ones on the fitness ball 2 days in a row, at 40 w +6 mucus plug broke and contractions started, delivered the baby at 41 weeks! thank you for the exercises and your positivity! Friday I wasn’t dilated at all. Saturday night I did these exercises and I Went into labor the NEXT day! Had my son on Sunday night 10pm, Thank you!!! I was 39 weeks :)

I was 37 weeks when I started this am currently 37 weeks and 3 days today and I got to the hospital at 4cm and my water broke and delivered within the hour. Would highly recommend this!

OMG ... Is this a magic? I saw the video 2 days before at 11 am... Then I was only 1 finger dialated for past 2 days! I was in pain... I saw the video and did with the girl ... At 2 pm I ran out to the hospital with extreme pain & at 09 pm I gave birth a baby girl 😮 it was a normal delivery. ... Me & she is absolutely fine & healthy. ... At 10 pm I came back to home with my baby.... Everyone plz pray for us ❤
@@ashleynaomi9379 u can't do that doesn't mean nobody can do ... At the start of the 3rd Trimester I did exercise every single day.... Maybe u are not an active person who does exercise regularly/ u have gained so much extra fat that you barely move/ you are not mentaly strong enough. ... Remember exercise is the best medicine for normal delivery ❤️

IT WORKED !!!! I was 41 weeks + 1 day and I did this workout 2 times in the day and walked stairs for 1.5 hours and I started contracting 10:30pm at night and had the baby by 1pm the next day.

I was 38 weeks when they told me I was dilated 2cm. So I decided to start doing this exercise that weekend 4x each day. When I went to the doctor that Monday I was almost 4cm 😊. Soon as I left the doctor I did this exercise 4 more times and it worked! My princess was here the following evening. Thank you so much for your inspiration!

I saw about this video on TikTok and thought why not give it a go. I was 40 weeks pregnant (41 weeks on the Friday) - I did this video on the Wednesday, Thursday and twice on the Friday. Early hours Saturday my waters broke and my beautiful baby girl was born on the Saturday. I’d seen other people comment that they did this for 3 days and went into labour, I am now one of them saying it was 3 days for me too. I was also going for 30 minute walks daily and bouncing on my pregnancy ball - but I definitely feel these exercises did help bring labour on naturally. Thank you for this video.
I did this exercise @ 39 weeks when labor wasn't forthcoming before i could know what was happening i started having steady contractions, i put to bed few hours later. God bless you. This exercise really help me. Am grateful to God for my baby girl.

I was 38 +1 weeks pregnant tried these and went to labor the next day.. After a few hrs had my beautiful baby boy.. The Dr did not have to induce me..🙏🙏🙏🙏

Guys this exercises are superb, I did scan on Wednesday morning and I was told my baby's head was down but everywhere is still very much closed up and was given 15th as another new delivery date I started this exercise on Wednesday evening when I got back,I continued on Thursday noon and night only to enter into labor for the first time by 2am and delivered by 1 noon I'm back home safe and sound Congratulations to me 🎉
Just did these for the second time at 38+6 and I am feeling good! Definitely cannot stretch as much as you do but it’s okay! I’ll come back to update you when the baby comes

I did this back in June of 2023 a week before my son was due and YALL - it worked. On top of great physical release, my mucus plug came out 1-2 days into the exercise and I went into painless labor. Went out to eat - bought a new fridge - and then 24 hours later welcomed my son into the world.

I'm 40+0, first time mum from Germany. Today, I had a very stressful day because baby wasn't moving enough during the CTG at my gynecologists. She had sent me right over to the hospital to get more tests. I've been doing prenatal yoga and walking during the whole pregnancy and really hope that baby is coming out naturally very soon! I've also started the Miles Curcuit and doing the forward leaning inversion daily to get baby well aligned. Mamas, we can do this! Stay active and positive 👍

I found this video last week and I saved it to do it tonight Sunday, June 16, 2024 (Father's day evening) hoping it would cause me to go into labor on Monday morning. I have a scheduled induction on June 21st. I really don't want to be induced so I planned to do this and the midwives brew. As my husband and I went to the store tonight to grab the ingredients for The midwives Brew, I started signs of early labor before doing anything. However this is my first pregnancy so I know the labor can be long and I'm not having consistent contractions yet so I made and drank the midwife Brew and I just finished doing the exercises in this video. I'm praying everything goes smoothly! ❤️🙏🏻

It’s been 13 hours and nothing happened as far as me going into labor. But I will say the pelvic pain that I was feeling and lower back pain went away. I’ll try again when I’m 37 weeks

38 weeks today just tried it it’s almost 11:30 I also did your yoga ball exercise right before!! Praying to the gods it works been in pre-dermal labor 34 hours now 🥲 can’t wait to hold baby girl in my arms!! Be back when in labor!!
I first came across this video 2yrs ago when im 38 wks pregnant for my 2nd baby. I cannot actually say that it helped me labor quickly, but i deliver my baby very smoothly. In less than 5mins, baby is out and my recovery is sooo swift! A big difference from my 1st. Now im here again watching and doing these exercises in prep for my 3rd baby because i really believe these exercises helped me have a minor tear; hence, a fast recovery which is very important bevause i got to focus on taking care of my baby.
This is a great video paired with the 10 minute ball excercise. I suffered from sciatica and had a lot of pelvic floor pain which all eased with these excercises. They made me very relaxed and allowed me to have a easy birth. Not everyone will go into labour straight away, but with consistency it will really help with delivering your baby my labor was so fast I was already 7cm when I went to the hospital and with 2 hours I delivered my baby with no tears and was discharged the same day

I did these exercises a couple days before my due date, and I went into labor the night before 😮! I had my baby right on my due date and barely had to push, so the baby must’ve been in a great position. Not sure if there was a direct link, but we can say there was! Thanks for the video!

I’m 37 weeks 1 day and I’m not really expecting this to put me into labor but they are good stretches to get your body ready. I’m hoping to make it until Nov 12 when I will be 39 weeks
It's so refreshing to hear all the success stories! I tried it around 37 weeks along with other methods and no success, however I am now 40 weeks today and have been having false labor like crazy so I'm trying again tonight a few times and tomorrow. I am praying this helps my water break etc. I don't want to be induced. baby boy is very comfortable lol.
Coming back to this because I tried everything. Bouncing on a yoga ball, dates, raspberry leaf tea, okra water, sex and the only thing I did differently the past week was this workout once yesterday around 4pm at 38w3d and my water ended up breaking at 11pm the same day. Coming back here 5 months postpartum ! I was 38 weeks almost 39 when I started the exercises, started on a Friday , Saturday morning my mucus plug came out , I did the exercises all day long on Saturday and Sunday . Sunday at 12:00 am my water broke and my health baby boy was born Monday at 6:50 pm ❤

I was 2 days past due and came across your video. I went for a 15 minute walk and did this video right after, I also was drinking red raspberry tea 3 days prior. But honey!!!!! I did this video about 10am and by 1:15pm same day I was in active labor. Thank you! I did not tear and was done baby free by 7:11pm. 6 hour labor I’m not complaining. Thank you thank you!
I just really want to thank youuu! I've watched this video after we went to my OB for Internal Examination, i did this exercise twice and blood showed already. I did this exercise around 6 pm after I took a long walk. Eventually, at 13 midnight, constractions started and successfully gave birth at 6 am. This exercise really helped me. I started your video last night. It definitely stretched me out. I woke up feeling sore, but I’m going to continue doing this everyday to help me prepare for labor.
@@PatriziaDörrYes it did!! I went into labor a few days later. My labor lasted 8 hours and I pushed for 30 minutes with my son. I’m currently pregnant again & I plan on doing these same exercises with my 2nd to help induce my labor.
I started to do this exercise 3 days before my due date since I wasn’t dilated, two times a day and in my due date my son was born, I came to the hospital not knowing I was 7 centimeters dilated and in less than 30 minutes I was already in 10 centimeters and in 15 minutes he was out without the epidural. I really recommend this video.
I’m 39 weeks 5 days, due tomorrow I’m gonna try this before bed. I’ve been taking walks and doing some exercises, hopefully this will help the process and I’ll meet my little one tomorrow. I’ll be back with feedback 🤞🏾
I was 38+6 weeks today. I first started these yesterday and did it twice, and then I did it 4 times today my water has been slowly leaking all day and at 8pm/20;00 I am at the hospital 2cm dilated and getting labor going! I can’t wait to see my boy thank you! Edit: I had my baby at 7:30am, only about 8 hours of painful contractions! The day I started these workouts I also put primrose oil up there to help soften the cervix and was drinking raspberry leaf/peppermint tea 😄 my son is now 6 days old and beautifully healthy! I will definitely be using this video for the next pregnancy, thank you!!
I tried this exercise video after completing 37 weeks. Just did the exercises once a day for a whole week and voilà! Just when my 39 week started, my labour started naturally and baby came the following day! Good luck to all Mamas!!

I'm currently 37+6 days I went to the doctor and she sent me to labor and delivery for frequent contractions but my cervix is still closed. Hopefully these exercises help to open my cervix and make my contractions stronger. ❤️good luck moms trying to induce labor. I wish you a safe delivery and healthy beautiful baby

Helloooo everyone, I'm so glad to bring this wonderful news. I put to birth on the 25th of May after intense workout. I did the exercises morning and evening and on that fateful day when I did it in the evening, I started feeling strong contractions. I went to the hospital at around 7:45 pm. I just know that these exercises were of great help to me. It wasn't easy but then my baby was delivered normally and everything was so successful. Thank you once again Liel.
I was 39 weeks when I followed your video for 1-2 times a day for 5 days and walked as much as I can. And it worked, I had a short labor until the delivery of my little one just this morning. Took us 4 hrs from intense contractions until my water broke and that was it. He came out at 39 weeks and 4 days. Praise God for this wonderful blessing. ❤️❤❤ I would definitely recommend this to any term expectants moms. I really think this helped my pelvis alot.

Best video i found and work out with ❤ in my 2nd pregnancy i work out with this video regularly and i came to hospital with 8cm dialation and found out only because i had planned appointment 🙈 zero paint quick labor 100% approved 😄🤍 now i came back with baby nr 3 Thanks for this video I highly reccomand this exercises ❤❤😊

This WORKS!!!! my midwife said my cervix was closed, did it the same night once then the next morning my water broke and I have my baby during lunchtime.

Guys, this actually works… When I read the comments on this video which claimed that they went into labour after practising this workout routine, I thought that’s just coincidence May be. But I did this workout anyway for 3 continuous days. End of day 3 I went into labour… I think a lot of factors play a role, I was active throughout my pregnancy, but I cannot ignore the possibility that this workout may have a role to play in inducing my labour.

I tried these exercises at 40 weeks pregnant, like 4 times the same day, and at 3 am, I was having contractions. At 6 am, my baby was in my arms 🥰

Came across this video last night,and did the exercises around 7pm, clean up around the house a bit,and took a shower around 9pm, couldn't fall asleep,so I stayed up watching TV till 2am, got to bed and started to feel cramps,but nothing too painful,as I was adjusting myself to be more comfortable in bed,my water broke...went to the hospital around 4 -30 am,and delivered baby girl at 11.44am...thank you so much for this video...😘

I had a membrane sweep at 41 weeks and unmedicated vaginal delivery. I started practicing these exercises everyday along with the Miles Circuit at about 39w5d. The last couple of days I started doing it every 3 hours.
Although it didn’t induce my labor, i strongly believe these exercises helped me have a quick and smooth birth experience with one minor MINOR tear (not even enough to be considered 1 degree).
When my membrane was swept I was 3cm. Right after, I was in early labor from about 3pm to 10pm. I got to the hospital sometime after 11pm and was 6cm and 80% eff. I had my daughter 3:50am. I only pushed twice in less than a minute and she was born!
The only pain I felt after delivery was just from the natural contractions of the uterus going back down. No vaginal pain at all!
Even if this does not induce your labor, it can definitely help your birth experience and recovery be a smooth one!

I wasn’t dilated at all on Friday afternoon, so I tried this video that night. Repeated the video twice on both Saturday and Sunday. By Monday morning I was 3 centimeters dilated and 75% effaced. My water broke on Monday evening, and labor was only 2.5 hours. I thank God for leading me to this video, as I was 40 + 1, and was terrified of being induced.
I came back to say that I did this one time at 38+2 and my water broke 5 hours later and I had a baby in my arms 8 hours after that!

Combined this exercise with another. Did once a day for 3 days at 38weeks.
Got to hospital at 3PM 6cm dilated. Gave birth at 5PM. No tears, no intense pain, gave birth to my 8.5 pounds baby.

Currently 37 weeks with baby #4! I am at a 2 and 70%. I did these stretches, yoga, and ball exercises with my last baby and it was a very fast labor at 38 weeks. I definitely think preparing your body and pelvis helps things go quickly and smoothly! I'd also recommend practicing some meditation and breathing exercises. In the nose for 5, out the mouth for 6 was the #1 tool that helped me have an unmedicated birth with baby #3!

38+3, baby girl #3, been working out through half my pregnancy. But started the inducing videos at 37weeks. Started this one yesterday 3x and finished day with the yoga ball one. Did this one 2x today. Been at a 1cm, 40%effaced for a week now. God knows her birthday, I just want to be in good shape when it comes. Bless all you mama's! Been doing this 3x a day and day 2 started contractions from 3pm-3am from 3-30 Mins apart then woke up with nothing. Doing this again day 3 so well see. God's the one in control not me but I'm hoping this encourages her. Baby girl #3

Hi Liel! Came back to say that I was 40 w +4 , doctor was eager to induce, no contractions been felt until then. I did these exercises and ones on the fitness ball 2 days in a row, at 40 w +6 mucus plug broke and contractions started, delivered the baby at 41 weeks! thank you for the exercises and your positivity! OMG ... Is this a magic? I saw the video 2 days before at 11 am... Then I was only 1 finger dialated for past 2 days! I was in pain... I saw the video and did with the girl ... At 2 pm I ran out to the hospital with extreme pain & at 09 pm I gave birth a baby girl 😮 it was a normal delivery. ... Me & she is absolutely fine & healthy. ... At 10 pm I came back to home with my baby.... Everyone plz pray for us ❤

Maybe u are not an active person who does exercise regularly/ u have gained so much extra fat that you barely move/ you are not mentaly strong enough. ... Remember exercise is the best medicine for normal delivery ❤️

IT WORKED !!!! I was 41 weeks + 1 day and I did this workout 2 times in the day and walked stairs for 1.5 hours and I started contracting 10:30pm at night and had the baby by 1pm the next day.

I was 38 weeks when they told me I was dilated 2cm. So I decided to start doing this exercise that weekend 4x each day. When I went to the doctor that Monday I was almost 4cm 😊. Soon as I left the doctor I did this exercise 4 more times and it worked! My princess was here the following evening. Thank you so much for your inspiration!

I saw about this video on TikTok and thought why not give it a go. I was 40 weeks pregnant (41 weeks on the Friday) - I did this video on the Wednesday, Thursday and twice on the Friday. Early hours Saturday my waters broke and my beautiful baby girl was born on the Saturday. I’d seen other people comment that they did this for 3 days and went into labour, I am now one of them saying it was 3 days for me too. I was also going for 30 minute walks daily and bouncing on my pregnancy ball - but I definitely feel these exercises did help bring labour on naturally.

I did this exercise @ 39 weeks when labor wasn't forthcoming before i could know what was happening i started having steady contractions, i put to bed few hours later. God bless you. This exercise really help me. Am grateful to God for my baby girl.

I was 38 +1 weeks pregnant tried these and went to labor the next day.. After a few hrs had my beautiful baby boy.. The Dr did not have to induce me..🙏🙏🙏🙏

I did this back in June of 2023 a week before my son was due and YALL - it worked. On top of great physical release, my mucus plug came out 1-2 days into the exercise and I went into painless labor. Went out to eat - bought a new fridge - and then 24 hours later welcomed my son into the world.

I'm 40+0, first time mum from Germany. Today, I had a very stressful day because baby wasn't moving enough during the CTG at my gynecologists. She had sent me right over to the hospital to get more tests. I've been doing prenatal yoga and walking during the whole pregnancy and really hope that baby is coming out naturally very soon! I've also started the Miles Curcuit and doing the forward leaning inversion daily to get baby well aligned. Mamas, we can do this! Stay active and positive 👍

I found this video last week and I saved it to do it tonight Sunday, June 16, 2024 (Father's day evening) hoping it would cause me to go into labor on Monday morning. I have a scheduled induction on June 21st. I really don't want to be induced so I planned to do this and the midwives brew. As my husband and I went to the store tonight to grab the ingredients for The midwives Brew, I started signs of early labor before doing anything. However this is my first pregnancy so I know the labor can be long and I'm not having consistent contractions yet so I made and drank the midwife Brew and I just finished doing the exercises in this video. I'm praying everything goes smoothly! ❤️🙏🏻

It’s been 13 hours and nothing happened as far as me going into labor. But I will say the pelvic pain that I was feeling and lower back pain went away. I’ll try again when I’m 37 weeks

Am 38 weeks+6 days preg first time mom and lm doing the exercises safe delivery to all of us
I first came across this video 2yrs ago when im 38 wks pregnant for my 2nd baby. I cannot actually say that it helped me labor quickly, but i deliver my baby very smoothly. In less than 5mins, baby is out and my recovery is sooo swift! A big difference from my 1st. Now im here again watching and doing these exercises in prep for my 3rd baby because i really believe these exercises helped me have a minor tear; hence, a fast recovery which is very important bevause i got to focus on taking care of my baby.
This is a great video paired with the 10 minute ball excercise. I suffered from sciatica and had a lot of pelvic floor pain which all eased with these excercises. They made me very relaxed and allowed me to have a easy birth. Not everyone will go into labour straight away, but with consistency it will really help with delivering your baby my labor was so fast I was already 7cm when I went to the hospital and with 2 hours I delivered my baby with no tears and was discharged the same day

I tried it around 37 weeks along with other methods and no success, however I am now 40 weeks today and have been having false labor like crazy so I'm trying again tonight a few times and tomorrow. Bouncing on a yoga ball, dates, raspberry leaf tea, okra water, sex and the only thing I did differently the past week was this workout once yesterday around 4pm at 38w3d and my water ended up breaking at 11pm the same day. Just had my baby today at 5:30am. Thank you. I was so pregnant and miserable

Okay! Currently 40 weeks/2 days! I’ve tried ALL the things, and a couple different workouts, so I’m praying this works! 🤞🏽

Coming back here 5 months postpartum ! I was 38 weeks almost 39 when I started the exercises, started on a Friday , Saturday morning my mucus plug came out , I did the exercises all day long on Saturday and Sunday .
Sunday at 12:00 am my water broke and my health baby boy was born Monday at 6:50 pm ❤

I was 2 days past due and came across your video. I went for a 15 minute walk and did this video right after, I also was drinking red raspberry tea 3 days prior. But honey!!!!! I did this video about 10am and by 1:15pm same day I was in active labor. Thank you! I did not tear and was done baby free by 7:11pm. 6 hour labor I’m not complaining. Thank you thank you!
I just really want to thank youuu! I've watched this video after we went to my OB for Internal Examination, i did this exercise twice and blood showed already. I did this exercise around 6 pm after I took a long walk. Eventually, at 13 midnight, constractions started and successfully gave birth at 6 am. This exercise really helped me. I started your video last night. It definitely stretched me out. I woke up feeling sore, but I’m going to continue doing this everyday to help me prepare for labor.

@@PatriziaDörrYes it did!! I went into labor a few days later. My labor lasted 8 hours and I pushed for 30 minutes with my son. I’m currently pregnant again & I plan on doing these same exercises with my 2nd to help induce my labor.
I started to do this exercise 3 days before my due date since I wasn’t dilated, two times a day and in my due date my son was born, I came to the hospital not knowing I was 7 centimeters dilated and in less than 30 minutes I was already in 10 centimeters and in 15 minutes he was out without the epidural. I really recommend this video.
I’m 39 weeks 5 days, due tomorrow I’m gonna try this before bed. I’ve been taking walks and doing some exercises, hopefully this will help the process and I’ll meet my little one tomorrow. I’ll be back with feedback 🤞🏾

I was 38+6 weeks today. I first started these yesterday and did it twice, and then I did it 4 times today my water has been slowly leaking all day and at 8pm/20;00 I am at the hospital 2cm dilated and getting labor going! I can’t wait to see my boy thank you!
Edit: I had my baby at 7:30am, only about 8 hours of painful contractions! The day I started these workouts I also put primrose oil up there to help soften the cervix and was drinking raspberry leaf/peppermint tea 😄 my son is now 6 days old and beautifully healthy! I will definitely be using this video for the next pregnancy, thank you!!

I tried this exercise video after completing 37 weeks. Just did the exercises once a day for a whole week and voilà! Just when my 39 week started, my labour started naturally and baby came the following day! Good luck to all Mamas!!

I was already 38 weeks and 4 days and still no signs of labor. I came along Yt and found this video, I did this just once at around 10pm, got to bed, and surprisingly my waters broken around 3am, hours after doing this.

I'm currently 37+6 days I went to the doctor and she sent me to labor and delivery for frequent contractions but my cervix is still closed. Hopefully these exercises help to open my cervix and make my contractions stronger. ❤️good luck moms trying to induce labor. I wish you a safe delivery and healthy beautiful baby

Thanks so much. This exercises really helped me. I did this at exactly 39 weeks and 39+1 and I ran into labor at 39+2, that was yesterday and now my little handsome prince is in my arms. My labour was so easy as compared to my previous delivery 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

Today makes me 40 weeks but feeling no signs of labor yet. I've been doing sorts of workouts to no avail. Came across this channel today and did the exercises and i feel so relaxed. I'll continue doing them on a daily basis, hoping to see my baby boy soonest.

Helloooo everyone, I'm so glad to bring this wonderful news. I put to birth on the 25th of May after intense workout. I did the exercises morning and evening and on that fateful day when I did it in the evening, I started feeling strong contractions. I went to the hospital at around 7:45 pm. I just know that these exercises were of great help to me. It wasn't easy but then my baby was delivered normally and everything was so successful.

I was 39 weeks when I followed your video for 1-2 times a day for 5 days and walked as much as I can. And it worked, I had a short labor until the delivery of my little one just this morning. Took us 4 hrs from intense contractions until my water broke and that was it. He came out at 39 weeks and 4 days. Praise God for this wonderful blessing. ❤️❤❤ I would definitely recommend this to any term expectants moms. I really think this helped my pelvis alot.

Best video i found and work out with ❤ in my 2nd pregnancy i work out with this video regularly and i came to hospital with 8cm dialation and found out only because i had planned appointment 🙈 zero paint quick labor 100% approved 😄🤍 now i came back with baby nr 3

38weeks6days. I’m being induced in 2 days thought I would try this. All of my pelvic pain went away after I did this exercise it definitely helps I wish I would’ve came across this sooner.

Hello. Did you feel any symptoms before you did this exercise?
Because I do not feel anything nd I have just started doing this today.
I had heartburn throughout my entire pregnancy that was the only symptom I can remember before I started the exercise.

This WORKS!!!! my midwife said my cervix was closed, did it the same night once then the next morning my water broke and I have my baby during lunchtime.
My cervix had been at a 2 for like 3 weeks. I’m hoping something happens in the next day or so. I really don’t want to be induced next week.

Im 38 welks and 1 day today, I did these stretches about a hr ago and already feeling cramps in my pelvis, hopefully he comes withing the next few days. Thank you for this wonderful workout i will be doing it again b4 bed.

I was 37+2 weeks pregnant when I started your workout, My baby's head wasn't engaged then, now at 38+6 weeks my my baby's head is fully engaged and I lost my mucus plug today, ready to go in labour by anytime.

Currently 39 weeks and 1 day. I've been trying so many labour inducing exercises, walking, even some old wives tales but this boy is content where he is! Hopefully he isn't late like his brother, I want to hold my baby 🤱 ♥
