I am growing the white pattypan this year also. I'm surprised at how large it is! Last year was my first time growing the pattypan but it was the yellow variety. How do you prepare it? We had fun trying different ways!
I’ll be quite honest, I been growing them for about seven years and never have eaten one . I always donate them to folks at my church. They are such a beautiful looking fruit. People tell me they stuff them with sausage mixes and bake them. What was your favorite way of cooking them
@@TheBullsGarden oh, we tried grilling, sauteeing, boiling, roasting, stir fry, even put it in omelets. They were delicious every way we fixed them. There are recipes online but I was hoping you had a new way to try them. 😄 That is a beautiful squash!
