Owning a filipino house means you plan on staying for good here in the philippines. The house is really big and im sure its quite expensive but thats a good investment and you can start having a family of your own in that big house.

Just a suggestion : the costly your house the higher taxes you pay!msube just maybe choose a private subd. That is highly secured but the house is not that big or by millions! Or you can build your own with security installation in your specs!

I like a big background,so i can plant trees,spices,herbs and make a little bahay kubo in it...like where i can have lunchtime during super mainit weather...or with friends instead inside the house to maintain the cleanliness.

it looks nice with high ceilings and bright rooms, thanks to the white paint on the walls. have a deep-well hand pump installed (has to be dug, you know) once you've found the right house so that if there's no water from the provider ("water district" in the province), you can still survive. many people are now doing that as a precaution against water shortages. i got one early this year. :)

I don’t like houses that have 2 levels because it would be difficult to use the stairs when you get old. I prefer single level with vaulted ceiling.

I am here in qatar i think the flag of qatar and bahrain is quiet the same but i've been there in bahrain also 2004 theres alots of different club there american club, british club, thai club, and many more its a muslim country but a little more liberated not very strick specially in women clothes. I watched car racing too between the boundry of saudi and bahrain i feel like i was in fast and furious movie that time. The places are also beautiful theres so much nice to see. and most of the arabic people know to speak english thats why i dont have communication barrier that time. I would love to work there again if i will got opportunity again. 😊 Mention bahrain makes me feel missing my life there. 😊😁
tyazi escubio Oh, I am sorry, I didn’t know the similarities of both flags. You’re right Bahrain 🇧🇭 is westernized like Dubai and the rest of UAE 🇦🇪 although Dinar is more valuable than Dirham. I was able to visit what they call causeway, that’s almost in the middle of the long bridge leading to Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
