The Php14m is a lot nicer than the Php12m where the layout is not so complicated, nice bathrooms, lots of bedrooms and staircase is elegant

The 2nd house is the best. You don’t bump your head on the front gates, the rooms are spacious, the master bedroom has a nice walk in closet. The windows are big that let in plenty of natural light, the chandeliers are unique! 😀 Love the one-way mirror! And most importantly, the house is brand new! No repairs and renovations required. Love the tray ceilings too!!

Basel, I bought houses twice while working and living in Canada for 46 years, my suggestion is you feel a pleasant aura or positive vibes within you....a very light feeling and guarded excitement while inside the House Tour. That was my feeling the last one we bought. We saw 5 houses then I noticed that we were in front of the House we chose, I felt at home right away, my instinct was right, we stayed there for 30 years: where we raised 2 successful Professional Daughters also I managed a Government Contracted 6 Beds Foster Home. My husband and myself retired in 2017, sold that same Property with generous profit. Location, location, location is one important thing of course beside the cosmetic appearance of Structure. Nice that you are looking at different houses. Your parents will probably stay with you for a certain time. Just a suggestions. Things to consider:Needs to have a master on the first floor with a complete bathroom for your parents. No steps going to the shower, think about safety for them. A powder room on the first floor for visitors. Open concept kitchen. A bigger space for a garden, so you or mom will be able to plant herbs etc. 2 car garage. High ceiling in the living room with modern stairway. Big Windows, good natural lighting to consider. Better yet, build your own house. You have already proven yourself, you can do it. 👍

Wow I can’t get over how cheap the prices are for such houses there in the Philippines. Here in Brooklyn NY such houses would go way over a million US dollars.
In NY you cant get an apartment less than 300 000 dollars

hi Basel, just to share an idea. if you ike, you can buy a LOT and hire an architect for your desire house design. for the same prices of the house that you have visited for sure it will be more beautiful and you will love it for it will be your own design. good luck to you!
