I've had the beeping issues as well and it was my joysticks being out-of-alignment. I was able to correct this by buying a 3D printed joystick protector that aligns the sticks, just enough, for the controller to connect to the drone w/out issue and beeping. After the controller has successfully paired w/ the drone, I remove the 3D printed protector and begin flight. Hope this helps!

DJI beeping tip. You need to calibrate the controller (in the settings top right, bottom of the controller settings page) and then turn the controller off and back on. God speed.

Omg! I did this hike last year and stayed over night too! This was the most challenging thing I've ever done and I was even with a group of people. I can't imagine doing this by myself, this is absolutely amazing!! Congratulations dude!! :D

Amazing video! We also did this hike and damn, you are made of something special! This was one of the toughest hikes we have ever done, but the experience and epic views from the top of Acatenango and watching Fuego erupt up close, made it all worth it...

I know this won't make any difference, but dude that was super-dangerous, ascending the volcano alone and **descending in darkness**. I'm glad you didn't end up as a "Mysterious disappearance of hiker" video, but that was just luck.

Is not as dangerous as some people think, is the other way around you have to be so unlucky!

I hit that like button for videos i like. (makes sense right) If I don't.. i don't even hit dislike...unless it was something REALLY BAD / that's just not good for anyone. I've never disliked a content creators work. Even if i didn't like it.. everyone has their own way to create and way to grow... So my point is.. HOW COULD ANYONE DISLIKE THIS VIDEO? WHY?? LOL.. They must be getting paid to dislike.

I’m part of the end screen crew! I enjoyed this video. I noticed a different edit. You spend more time talking us through the footage which was cool. I liked it. At 2:45 My wife said “is that it? Is it over?” And I was like “no, there’s like 16 minutes left”. This feels weird coming from me (who normally likes the closed captioning on) but I didn’t really like the captions because it was the same words you were saying and It distracted from the beautiful images. It certainly wouldn’t keep me from watching, just my two cents. Love your videos. Made a peaceful relaxing canoeing video you showed a while back on your Twitch stream. You do you man. We’ll watch! 👍🏻

I had the same issue with the controller. If it wont stop working no matter how often you restart the controller then you have a faulty controller. Even if it was not your fault, DJI wont give you the support for a new one. So Sometimes it helped for me if you just try restarting the controller 10 times or so to sto it from beeping.

Not sure if you're very brave or very stupid, to go anywhere in Guatemala alone is nuts. I've been to Guatemala many times as a security consultant and it's just a dangerous place. But great video. But the area you were in is much safer, and it's getting safer in Guatemala as time goes on. Such a beautiful country and much cheaper than Costa Rica.
