That being said, it "appears" to me that the families are certain Kohberger is the culprit. Do you think they do? As for 15 mins to kill 4 ppl? The victims were either sleeping or near sleeping so one quick stab in the right place & the resulting sudden incapacitation would make a 2nd & 3rd strike easy enough. Do we even know the number of wounds? Was Ethan standing or laying down? Where can we find out what is known? I think those missing 8 hours has buried in them an awful lot of information and frankly I'm shocked that Uni Parents don't demand transparency about that aspect!! Why? It's private property. Do you want the State to control your private land? Do you understand what that means? I'm guessing no. Most trials don't include field trips to crime scenes. Heck watch Law & Order if you don't have the patience to sit through an 8 week trial. Rarely do juries ever leave the courtroom. Most trials have videos, models of scenes, and expert witnesses describing the evidence and crime scene. Don't be so foolish - the MEDIA loves extra field trips because the added gore and drama gives them clicks. You do not need to walk through the murder house to convict the guy who stalked the house (cell phone pings and cctv) and who's DNA (confirmed with a cheek swab) was found on a knife sheath next to a dead college kid. A jury visit wouldn't have been allowed anyway per Idaho law due to all of the alterations done to the house with evidence removal. This was stated early on in the case by both prosecution and defense.

You can debate the right or wrong in terms of evidence, but I think the university just has interest in moving forward, and especially given how long the Defense is taking to get to trial. The State said in a hearing they were ready to go this summer, and so was the judge. The problem was with the Defense. Kohberger has a right to his day in court, but the State has a strong case. Your boy IMV is just another serial psycho who takes sadistic sick pleasure in butchering young women. He's not the first POS to do this. There's nothing "sketchy" about the case against him at all. Go read the probable cause affidavit and learn how to use logic and reasoning.
Why they didn't put up like a box screen over it to protect it and shield it I don't know. They could have covered it and put some other imagery on the covering, something that the parents could have played a role in consulting on if they wanted.

That's because the two girls, DM & BF were involved. They had to clean up the house, they called the Frat boys, they had to get they're stories straight. Had to get rid of anything that placed them that night.
That has always bothered me as well as calling friends over to contaminate the crime scene and never calling 911 first. Like, ma'am, you heard them get killed. There is no way she didn't, plus she saw the guy leave and never checked on anyone afterward or tried asking if they had a guest leave?! It's a sketchy situation, and I pray the family is able to get the truth. A private investigation would probably be a better option for them.
Because they were probably used to strange people they didn’t know coming into the house at all hours…making a lot of ruckus noises. It was known as a party house. And while they all were friends, it seems there was varying degrees of closeness. They may not have liked it at times, but they tolerated it. Given people calling the cops often due to noise, they were not likely to be doing it to their fellow housemates…just tolerate the behavior, and keep to themselves. I really believe that was the situation. They really are just kids.

In 1961 two teens I went to school with were coming home from the beach amusement park in the early evening. They were apprehended and shot and one girl was sexually molested. That was when my parent’s and everyone in Carlsbad, NM started locking their homes. The end of innocence. That was a long time ago and never solved. I wish the case could be reopened and the evidence tested for DNA.

Yes indeed. As a parent, no way I would let my daughter live somewhere without curtains. You could see right into their house and bedrooms. Not sure they even had blinds. My daughter is blissfully unaware on the rare occasion her blinds and curtains are open. Some kids need to be told.

As an outsider.. The case against Bryan doesn't make sense. Why demolish the house before the trial? Howcome the Police chief retired suddenly? The house was sold, so the new owner, the school, could dobas they choose with it. A lot of dogs will go hide or just cower and stay silent during events, that's not unusual. Especially since so many people were in and out of the house.

Brett Payne lead detective admitted in court, on the stand and under oath that there is NO CCTV of BK or his car, he also stated the map in the PCA was HIS OWN theory of a possible route and not an actual route that could be verified with cctv or phone records as a route BK took that night. Sy Ray cellular expert however stated he can prove BK wasn’t at 1122. Sy Ray has only ever been an expert witness for the prosecution until this case so if people want to deem him as an unreliable expert then the state will have huge issues as the technology he uses has previously been more than fine to use to help lock thousands of dangerous people away and this would mean they’d have cause for appeals! Can’t have it both ways! I know if those were my kids I wouldn’t be happy with the clear lack of actual evidence and a small amount of touch DNA on a moveable object with suspicion of the placement and finding of it just doesn’t work for me- it’s not enough! I agree with your post. I don't think the prosecution has anything solid and the DNA piece is controversial at best in my opinion. Xana had her dad address the lock on her bedroom door and Kaylee moved out early. Those girls were afraid of something… My opinion. I lived in Moscow. It was a sleepy little town. We didn't lock doors. Everyone carried guns. Hunted and looked out for our neighbors. Local people supported the college sports. I use to take my grandson to games. I was shocked to hear about these kids murdered so brutal.

The jury would want to walk through that house - as they may have important questions. This is not your usual case - but there are a few things that may be cleared up by walking through and checking distances/hallways and proximity of rooms to each other - as well as outside parameters. Diagrams are not enough (IMO). Justice for all these young victims and their loved ones.
No one knows any real right now unless it was previously disclosed all other items are simply specultation. There is a very dark side to that town and seems like some people where allowed to walk on some very serious trafficking charges when they went before Judge Judge so....lets see what happens in trial and what the prosecution indeed has or doesn't have.

In my opinion that house wasn’t taken down for healing. It was taken down to protect others involved in the crime who have ties to big shots in the community which is why they are being protected. I heard something about the athletes at that college being given drugs (steroids) to put them a peak performance to make the university a lot of money and the rich richer. Apparently the four murdered found out about that. It was said that Kaylie wanted to expose those drugs being trafficked in to the university. I also heard that someone Ethan called family was there the night he was murdered and that Ethan was shocked when he saw the person there. This case got a lot more to it than any of us can ever know. They should start drug testing their athletes though.
I was in the group that pappa Rodger posted in. His matter-of-fact statements, rather than questions, was super creepy, but I will say, around the same time he posted this, was the time frame of the medical examiner describing the house, the set up, the bedrooms, the bodies, etc., so I never thought much of it. Example: the blood running in the kitchen… the blood running down the foundation. Common sense says, it has to go through the lower level to get to the foundation of the house. Second example: the medical examiner told us where the bodies were and who was together. He posted the map of the house and body locations after her description of the body locations and a 3D image was shared, along with pics of the house on Zillow, where the interior and layout were clearly photographed.

Can't imagine the horrible grief and pain they go through daily. I just pray they actually find out the truth of why this happened and who all was involved. As the case and investigation are sketchy AF, especially the roommate not wanting to speak in court, yet these were her roommates and friends. She saw him, and some were left untouched. Plus, she heard things. Why would you not want to testify to get justice for your friend?
It’s illegal in a lot places and if you get caught you can be fined. I’m not sure about it in their neighborhood but if it’s on public property they just rip it down anyway. It’s even against the law to do balloon release which recently found out. They definitely should but it has to be on private property and agreed upon.

There was never no slam dunk in this case. The trial begins next year, June 2025. I think BK has a good chance of being found not guilty. But....there does seem to be a coverup...time will tell.

Most trials don't include field trips to crime scenes. Heck watch Law & Order if you don't have the patience to sit through an 8 week trial. Rarely do juries ever leave the courtroom. Most trials have videos, models of scenes, and expert witnesses describing the evidence and crime scene. Don't be so foolish - the MEDIA loves extra field trips because the added gore and drama gives them clicks. You do not need to walk through the murder house to convict the guy who stalked the house (cell phone pings and cctv) and who's DNA (confirmed with a cheek swab) was found on a knife sheath next to a dead college kid. Yall need to calm down and be realistic.

A jury visit wouldn't have been allowed anyway per Idaho law due to all of the alterations done to the house with evidence removal. This was stated early on in the case by both prosecution and defense.

You can debate the right or wrong in terms of evidence, but I think the university just has interest in moving forward, and especially given how long the Defense is taking to get to trial. The State said in a hearing they were ready to go this summer, and so was the judge. The problem was with the Defense. Kohberger has a right to his day in court, but the State has a strong case. That's because the two girls, DM & BF were involved. They had to clean up the house, they called the Frat boys, they had to get they're stories straight. Had to get rid of anything that placed them that night.
That has always bothered me as well as calling friends over to contaminate the crime scene and never calling 911 first. Like, ma'am, you heard them get killed. There is no way she didn't, plus she saw the guy leave and never checked on anyone afterward or tried asking if they had a guest leave?! It's a sketchy situation, and I pray the family is able to get the truth. A private investigation would probably be a better option for them.
Because they were probably used to strange people they didn’t know coming into the house at all hours…making a lot of ruckus noises. It was known as a party house. And while they all were friends, it seems there was varying degrees of closeness. They may not have liked it at times, but they tolerated it. Given people calling the cops often due to noise, they were not likely to be doing it to their fellow housemates…just tolerate the behavior, and keep to themselves. I really believe that was the situation. They really are just kids.

In 1961 two teens I went to school with were coming home from the beach amusement park in the early evening. They were apprehended and shot and one girl was sexually molested. That was when my parent’s and everyone in Carlsbad, NM started locking their homes. The end of innocence. That was a long time ago and never solved. I wish the case could be reopened and the evidence tested for DNA.

Brett Payne lead detective admitted in court, on the stand and under oath that there is NO CCTV of BK or his car, he also stated the map in the PCA was HIS OWN theory of a possible route and not an actual route that could be verified with cctv or phone records as a route BK took that night.
Sy Ray cellular expert however stated he can prove BK wasn’t at 1122.
Sy Ray has only ever been an expert witness for the prosecution until this case so if people want to deem him as an unreliable expert then the state will have huge issues as the technology he uses has previously been more than fine to use to help lock thousands of dangerous people away and this would mean they’d have cause for appeals!

I know if those were my kids I wouldn’t be happy with the clear lack of actual evidence and a small amount of touch DNA on a moveable object with suspicion of the placement and finding of it just doesn’t work for me- it’s not enough!

I agree with your post. I don't think the prosecution has anything solid and the DNA piece is controversial at best in my opinion. Xana had her dad address the lock on her bedroom door and Kaylee moved out early. Those girls were afraid of something… My opinion. I lived in Moscow. It was a sleepy little town. We didn't lock doors. Everyone carried guns. Hunted and looked out for our neighbors. Local people supported the college sports. I use to take my grandson to games. I was shocked to hear about these kids murdered so brutal.

I hate to tell you people but Brian is considered innocent until found guilty by a jury of his peers. By labeling him guilty by using his name you are making sure he will never get a honest trial. The jury would want to walk through that house - as they may have important questions. This is not your usual case - but there are a few things that may be cleared up by walking through and checking distances/hallways and proximity of rooms to each other - as well as outside parameters. Diagrams are not enough (IMO). Justice for all these young victims and their loved ones.
What is justice? You need a fair trial for that to occur and I do not see how it could be fair if it remains in Latha County...

In my opinion that house wasn’t taken down for healing. It was taken down to protect others involved in the crime who have ties to big shots in the community which is why they are being protected. I heard something about the athletes at that college being given drugs (steroids) to put them a peak performance to make the university a lot of money and the rich richer. Apparently the four murdered found out about that. It was said that Kaylie wanted to expose those drugs being trafficked in to the university. I also heard that someone Ethan called family was there the night he was murdered and that Ethan was shocked when he saw the person there. This case got a lot more to it than any of us can ever know. They should start drug testing their athletes though.
I was in the group that pappa Rodger posted in. His matter-of-fact statements, rather than questions, was super creepy, but I will say, around the same time he posted this, was the time frame of the medical examiner describing the house, the set up, the bedrooms, the bodies, etc., so I never thought much of it.
Example: the blood running in the kitchen… the blood running down the foundation. Common sense says, it has to go through the lower level to get to the foundation of the house.
Second example: the medical examiner told us where the bodies were and who was together. He posted the map of the house and body locations after her description of the body locations and a 3D image was shared, along with pics of the house on Zillow, where the interior and layout were clearly photographed.
Papa Rodger was a Fed trying to encourage responses, purposefully misstating facts to see who would respond and what they would respond. J. Embree/Pavarotti did a video on this today. Check it out.

Can't imagine the horrible grief and pain they go through daily. I just pray they actually find out the truth of why this happened and who all was involved. As the case and investigation are sketchy AF, especially the roommate not wanting to speak in court, yet these were her roommates and friends. She saw him, and some were left untouched. Plus, she heard things. Why would you not want to testify to get justice for your friend?

It’s illegal in a lot places and if you get caught you can be fined. I’m not sure about it in their neighborhood but if it’s on public property they just rip it down anyway. It’s even against the law to do balloon release which recently found out. They definitely should but it has to be on private property and agreed upon.

According to the court proceedings, the MPD stated that he did not follow their hypothesized route. They also couldn’t produce the cast reports and appeared confused on the issue.
This Family is and has been so strong. I do not know how they do life. Every single day , my heart breaks for them , their Family and the others. I can’t wait for the trial. They need JUSTICE. 🙏🙏🙏❤️💔💔💔
